On the bed I lay.
I said that I should stay asleep.
I didn't want to wake up so I slept more.
The alarm clock ringing over and over again disturbed my ears.
I didn't want to get up early for school so I woke up and closed the alarm clock and went to sleep again.
Sleeping for hours and hours felt amazing.
Thinking about leaping sheep in my sleep.
One sheep... two sheep... three sheep.
The counting sheep went on.
Hearing my mom yell to get up, I put the pillow over my head.
For the sake of not waking up, I cannot leave this dream of counting sheep.
I didn't wake up and it felt awesome.
A/N: What you think of this poem? Good, right? Man, I still have 3 days of summer left *dries tears from crying for 2 minutes* I hope you enjoyed this poem. I'll try to update this poetry during lunch or break. Chow ^w^
