"Chiccaaaa, help! Mine doesn't look anything like a spider!"

Steph lifted the lollipop spider up for her to see and Y/N had to bite back a laugh. The pipe cleaners, which were supposed to be the legs of the spider, just hung listlessly at its sides. It looked more like the lollipop was in desperate need of a haircut than a spider.

"Mama, why don't you try making the lollipop ghosts instead? They're much easier."

Steph let out a sigh of relief.

"Thanks, Chicca."

Hoseok walked into the dining room, arms laden with several bags of candy and Halloween favors. Mickey trotted happily behind him, his nails tippy-tapping on the hardwood floor. He plopped the bags down on the table with a grunt. Pumpkin, awakened by the commotion, looked up from his bed beside the fireplace, yawned widely, changed his position then settled back down.

"Angel, how many goody bags are we going to need?"

"Fifty. I offered to make some for Violet's class since she just returned from her honeymoon last night. I figured she'd be exhausted and would need some extra time to recover."

Steph snickered beside Y/N as she glued a set of googly eyes to her lollipop ghost.

"Yeah, I bet she does."

Y/N swatted Steph's arm and both women broke out in a fit of giggles.

Shortly after the "Andre incident", Violet met Sebastian when he was hired to replace the retiring art teacher at their school. It was love at first sight for both of them. Six months later, they were married in a small, intimate ceremony. Y/N and Steph were her maids of honor and they both cried happy tears as they listened to their friend's love filled vows. The happy couple left the next day for a two week honeymoon to Europe.

"Has she RSVP'd yet?"

"Yes! She and Sebastian are coming! I'm so excited to see them both again! We've got to try to get her alone so she can dish on all the dirty details of their honeymoon!" Steph waggled her eyebrows and Y/N rolled her eyes.

"Mama! Have you no shame?"

"Not an ounce!"

A few seconds later Steph gasped and cursed loudly. Both Y/N and Hoseok jumped slightly.

"Mama? What happened? Did you burn yourself with the glue gun?!?"

Y/N immediately turned to her friend, picked up her hands and started examining them.

"No, no. I'm fine, chicca. Hoseok, I'm so sorry! I completely forgot to invite you and Yoongi to my party on Saturday!"

Hoseok cocked his head to the side like a confused puppy.

"Oh, what party?"

"That's okay, Mama. I didn't think about it either!"

Y/N jumped up from the table, her eyes shining with excitement. She took both of her boyfriend's hands in hers and squeezed them.

"Every year Steph has this huge Halloween party. She even hires a serving staff and bartenders! It's amazing! It's the event of the season! You and Yoongi HAVE to come!"
