"WE LOVE WOODS!" The crowd chants "WE LOVE WOODS"
I am seriously questioning this fandom right now. I mean, it's not like they can hear them and most of the people here will never even meet them. Melissa looks like a screaming banshee, jumping up and down and screeching at the top of her voice.
Meanwhile I stand with my arms folded, leaning against the railings. We are on hour 4 now as we had to get here early so we could get to the front, for our plan to work.
Then suddenly the chants turn more to screams and I feel a hand grip my shoulder. "It's them" Melissa gasps, her eyes wide open and beginning to water. I roll my eyes and hope that she remembers to push me in time.
The two celebrities step out of the black door of 10 Downing Street, led by two security guards dressed in all black and two more following closely behind. The two boys seem to ignore them as they stroll down the path. Sean, who immediately catches my eye, is wearing a smart black polo shirt, which shows off his muscular arms. He supports blue jeans to match. The other boy, Justin, is noticeably thinner and I gather that he does not work out as much as Sean does, even though Justin is supposedly the older of the two siblings. He is still cute though. Like his brother, he is wearing a polo shirt but his is navy blue and he wears slightly darker coloured jeans. They have both inherited the same medium brown hair colour but Justin has his cut short, whereas Sean has let his grow quite long. They are now approaching where we're standing and I get ready for this.
They are walking past. Melissa isn't doing anything. Why isn't she moving?
"Melissa" I hiss turning my head to look at her. She is staring at Sean.
Without looking away, she says "Hanna"
"What?" I snap back
"He's staring at you. OMG he can't take his eyes off you"
I look back at him and he gives me an awkward smile. His eyes shine as he does this and my heart skips a beat for a split second. Then I remember who I am. I return it with a sarcastic smile and a small roll of my eyes.
"Melissa, just push me" I whisper but she's too mesmerised to notice, "Melissa it's going to be too late"
They all walk past and the plan hasn't worked. This is the end of my career.
"You're such an idiot! Mr Morgan is going to kill us" I tell her "we'll never get an opportunity like this ever again"
Suddenly I feel hands on my back and I am flying. She pushed too hard. Knocking the metal barrier over, I scream. My foot lands first but all of my weight is too much so I roll over on my ankle and go crashing to the ground all at once.
The crowd is silenced as I slowly look up. I feel hundreds of eyes pinned on me and I instantly feel my face burning bright red.
In front the two boys just stare at me not knowing what to do. After a second or two Sean hurries over, crouches down in front off me and whispers "are you okay?"
I look him in the eye "I, uh, don't know"
Two men dressed in all black come over and they are about to grab hold of me. Instantly, Sean hold out one of his strong arms, "I got this" he says quietly
"Mr Woods, you need to understand that it's our rules. It's for your safety" says one of the security guards
"I said I got this" Sean says, a little firmer this time
"I know but your car is waiting" the other security guard replies
"Fine then" he stands up "the girl is coming with us"
"But.." Both of the men say
"No 'but's"
Justin comes over and helps Sean to get me up. As soon as I stand up I feel a huge amount of pain in my ankle and foot, causing me to wince.
They glance at each other and the next thing I know I am being sweeped off my feet by Sean Woods... Literally. They place me on a black seat in their black limousine.
"Sorry about that" Sean scratches the back of his head "we had to get you out as fast as possible because security don't show much sympathy"
"It's okay, thank you" I look at them both "thank you to both of you; you're so kind"
"The media isn't" huffs Justin as Sean nudges him in the ribs.
"What does that mean?" I question
"You will be all over the Internet and magazines" Sean sighs shaking his head "there's so many good things with fame but there's certain things that just spoil it"
Justin nods along, completely agreeing so I pretend to be concerned too by shaking my head in disgust.
We are silent for a moment so I look down at my ankle. It's slightly swollen but that's all.
Sean sees me eyeing it and says "does it hurt?"
"Not really; I'm fine" I smile
"I think we should take you to the hospital just to be sure" Justin says
"No really, I'm completely fine" I insist
"It could be broken" Sean adds
"Believe me, I have had much worse" I roll my eyes "anyway I'm a tough girl" I flick my hair, beginning to really like my cover, even if it's making me cringe.
Sean raises his eyebrows "okay tough girl, you haven't even told us your name"
Without thinking I say "Lily, Lily Lundon" I don't know why but lying just comes naturally. It's like I was born to do this.
"London?" Questions Justin. I can hear the mockery in his voice
"Spelt with a U" I say, as if it's the most obvious thing ever
"Okay Lundon-with-a-U, this is us" Sean points outside. Is he flirting with me?
I look to what he is pointing at to see the opening of an alleyway. They must see the disgusted look on my face because they both say simultaneously, "this is where we switch cars""That way the paparazzi won't know which car we're in so won't follow us to our hotel or know where we're staying" Sean adds. I look again, seeing no car "it's through the alleyway but we have to be quick before they catch up with us"
Standing up is painful as shooting pains travel up my ankle but I don't want the boys to know so I walk carefully, trying to not express the pain I feel through my face. Sean, however, doesn't hesitate to hold my arm for support. The touch of his skin against mine sends a shiver throughout my body. It's a strange sensation that I certainly have never experienced before. I can usually control my emotions amazingly. Well, I guess I have to whilst training to be a spy. But now my heart is racing and I can't make it stop. Instead I block out this feeling by concentrating on my ankle.
The new car looks like a taxi van. Certainly not a vehicle you'd expect major celebrities to be travelling in. Though, I guess, nobody does expect it so they won't get mobbed.
It's not long before we're in the hotel lobby and I have to look around pretending that it's my first time in this room. Well I guess it is Lily's first time, just not Hanna's...
