(A/N: More of my friends wanted to be added, so we'll probably be having some newcomers in the next chapter or two.)
-Raven's POV-
I could hear footsteps behind me. Assuming it was just Eve following me around, I kept walking. But then, something got my brain working. It wasn't just one set of footsteps; it was three. I turned around- one of the people was Eve, one was a girl I didn't recognize, and one was wearing a hood so I couldn't see their face, meaning I couldn't tell if I knew them.
"Stay where you are, Raven!" The unfamiliar girl said, pointing a sword at me. The other 2 followed her lead. I had gotten a weapon, too, however- a knife. I pulled it out, ready to fight- but Eve spoke, stopping me.
"Don't resist, Raven. It'll be faster." I looked around at them for a moment. First of all, where did the 2 newcomers come from, and second of all, who were they?
"Uh... who are they, Eve?" I decided to ask. So Eve introduced me to the girl, Embra, and the hooded boy, Burnout. I noticed the way she looked at Burnout, though- there was definitely something bad stewing between them, but I didn't want to get involved.
"I-I'm so sorry, but this has to be done." That was when Eve swung.
