Dakota's P.O.V.

I turned toward where the man was pointing, and saw Fallon's slumped form. She was chained to the wall.

"And this is your 'payment?'" I asked furiously. "Keeping us here?"

"No, no," he said, "I have a much bigger task for you."

"And what might that be?" I asked.

"Oh... Simply destroying a few enemies of mine that have gotten on my lat nerve." He walked out of the room, and I heard the lock click. I ran over to Fallon.

"Fallon? Are you okay?" I asked, lifting her head. She groaned in her sleep, giving me an indication that she was somewhat okay. I shook her shoulders a few times in attempts to wake her up, but gave up in my failure.

Robin's P.O.V.

Beast Boy was still throwing stuff all over his room.

"She's not here, Beast Boy," Starfire said as she walked up and put a hand on his shoulder. He whipped around and stormed out of the room. "Where are you going, friend Beast Boy?" Starfire asked as she followed him. I figured it would be best to follow him. I didn't want him to do anything stupid in his anger. He was down the stairs, and headed toward the basement. I followed him further. By now he was running, and I was running after him with Starfire.

"What did you do?" I heard Beast Boy scream, then a grunt. I ran a little faster and arrived in the basement to find Beast Boy beating the crap out of Red X. "Where is she?" Beast Boy yelled again, punching him again. Beast Boy may not be very strong, but, when he's angry, he's got a hell of a punch. I ran up to him and tried to pull him away. He resisted, and won. Only with Starfire's help did I restrain him.

"Calm down!" I said to him, "there's no way Red X had anything to do with this! He's been locked up here the whole time!" Cyborg was with us now. Beast Boy still struggled, fury in his eyes. I don't know what was keeping him from changing, but he just didn't change. "Cyborg, take Red X to the police station. We can't hold him here anymore." Cyborg nodded, and grabbed Red X and left. At this, Beast Boy began to calm down. He no longer struggled against Starfire and I. He now just laid there. There was now gout in his eyes.

"I should've been there. I could have saved her," he said.

"Beast Boy, it is not your fault," Starfire said reassuringly. I nodded in agreement with Starfire.

"There is no point in dwelling on what's we could've done. We need to focus now on what we can do to get her back," I told him, and he nodded. We let him stand up.

"Well then, what are we waiting for?" he said, going back up the stairs.
