Guardian Angel (Gabriel X Reader)

You've met several angels before but there was something different about Gabriel. Right from the start you noticed how different he was, he wasn't so serious about everything, like the other angels were. He messed around and it made him seem almost human and you loved that. You remember what Sam told you though, that Gabriel pretended to be a trickster to hide from his family, but why? I mean, sure they are assholes, but so are Sam and Dean and you still live with them.

"Hey, (Y/N), we are about to go on a hunt, you coming" Dean asked, directly behind you, making you jump slightly.

"Sure, I'm in, what do we got?"

"Sulfur, so I'm assuming...."

"Demon"

"Yeah, but we think there was a lot of them"

"...Damn"

You went to your room and grabbed your leather jacket, salt and a flask of holy water and headed out to the Impala, halfway there you heard something along the lines of wings behind and thought it was Cas, knowing that he's practically in love with Dean. You turned around and it was no other than Gabriel.

"Hey, sweetcheeks, so I was thinking that we should stay home and watch a movie or something, what do you say?" Gabriel said with a smirk.

"Um, well I'm actually going to go on a hunt..."

"Aw come on, what's the big deal about hunts, Dean and Sam can handle it, besides you could get hurt."

"What are you, my guardian angel?"

Instead of saying anything he just looked at you.

"...oh" was all you could say. "So um, how does the whole guardian angel thing work? Like does everyone get an angel, or do angels choose who they guard or only some people get assigned angels?"

"It's a little more complicated than that but something under the lines of angles choosing who they guard, I guess, but not a lot of angels spend their time watching over a human. But if you stay, I'll answer your questions"

Curiosity got the better of you and you stayed asking him a few more questions and then watching your favorite movie. After that movie ended you guys put in another but 20 minutes in you heard the impala pulling up.

"Well look like the boys are back, sweetcheeks." Gabriel said pulling his face closer to your own and pressed his lips on your own. The kiss was sweet and short and then he pulled away "see you tomorrow" he said as he kissed you cheek.

The door opened and Gabriel disappeared and Sam and Dean came in.

"So, (Y/N), why didn't you come?" Sam questioned.

"Eh, I was tired." you lied knowing that they probably wouldn't enjoy you being alone with Gabriel.

They didn't seem convinced but didn't push it, but then Dean held up a sucker and everyone knows you don't really eat sweets. "What's this?"

"...Shit"

Okay I don't really know what I am doing with all these and sorry for the lack of quality with them but I don't know, if you want something changed (more/less details, smut, etc.) just let me know I guess, um, so schools is going to start up soon so I probably wont update as much and I also want to start a horror story but I'm sure it will be crap but yeah.... let me know what you think of these please.
