Golden rays of sun beamed through the window, waking Charlie up. The soft coo's of pigeons made the morning seem more alive.
The aroma of crispy bacon wafted straight into Charlie's room, and in a matter of minutes, he was downstairs.
As Charlie entered his school, a boy named Connor beaconed his hand towards him. When Charlie came to him, Connor frowned sarcastically.
" Aww, your girlfriend dumped you. So sad, she told me you were nothing to her anyway." He smirked, and left chuckling to himself.
