Night fall.
It was Sunday, the start of my new life in Darkmond, Scotland. Why I'm I moving here?? Flowers! That's why I'm in this Shabby town cause of flowers!. My mum, Martha Edwards is all I have. She just found her dream and like alot of people, she was grabbing it by the balls. My mum is a florist. She caught her big brake...yesterday and has packed everything up and fled from my lovely, hot, Busy, Home town and dragged me to a small town that's not even on any maps! no High street shops or Fancy restaurants for miles and miles and miles an... ok, you get my point. Ohh and by the way, I'm Harper. The 17 year old, damsel in distress.
"Are we there yet" for the 42nd time......? I must of fallen asleep. I looked out the window to find...hills. Great! Not that i didn't like hills. Its just that I Have been seeing hills for 2 days now.. and guess what?? We don't have a clue where we're going.
"No, just another couple of minu..."
"Mum! Don't you dare say another couple of minutes! We have been travailing for, mmh let's see, 2 days. So don't tell me 'just another couple of minutes!! Or i will scream!!" yes I'm a drama queen. But I'm seriously not like this usually. Actually I'm the complete opposite. Ok, cards on the table. I have never had proper best friends. People treat me like the Goth or the emo, just because of the way I dress? Well I think it's sad. And Boys..well lets just say i've never had a Proper Boyfriend. Maybe the Odd Hotty that have been dared to ask me out and see how long they can survive. But I'm not stupid! They end up starting to like me then get to scared and run away. That my life for yah! Suddenly out the window, a small rusted sign appears saying 'welcome to Darkmond, home of the _____ and Vampire slayer.' Ok, that was easy to read! Home of the vampire slayer? Great! Vampires!
"Oohh Harper Look!!" my mum slowed down as she approached town. Omfg! This has to be a joke! It looked like, well empty except from the odd old person. Great no kids ether!
"and hears my new shop!!" mum my was littery bouncing on her seat. The car stopped and my mum ran out and inspected her new baby! Yeah, baby! Because she's gonna be spending more time here than with me. I looked out the window and spotted an old shop. It had modern clothes!!! And Most of all black clothes and Purple draped over the window display. The shop was called 'Heaven or Hell'. Now that sounded like my kinda shop! My mum got back in the car.
" ok sweetie, time to find our house." The car started to move forward while i looked back at the town.
