Aizawa x Villain! Reader

---

The city never truly sleeps, but tonight, it barely stirs beneath the hum of neon signage and distant wail of sirens. In the shadowy corners of an abandoned warehouse on the edge of town, you sit at the head of a long, scarred table. Around you, your organisation – your crew – moves with quiet precision, voices low and clipped. They trust your lead, not because you command with cruelty but rather with a confidence that makes hesitation impossible.

"This is it," you say, tapping a finger against the digital blueprint projected in the center of the table. "The Crescent Bank. In and out, twenty minutes. No casualties. Everyone clear?"

Heads nod, some tentative, some with eagerness but all aware of the weight of your words. Unlike other villain organisations, yours thrives on efficiency, disruption, and reputation. You're notorious for property damage, daring heists, and inconveniences that leaves the police scrambling, but rarely has a life at risk — until now, if things go wrong.

The plan is simple. Elegant, even. A minor blackout across the downtown district will create the perfect window. Your crew, skilled yet expendable in comparison to you, would slip inside the bank, bypass security protocols you've painstakingly studied, and walk away with bags of cash before the authorities even realised anything happened.

"Check your gear," you continue, voice low and firm. "Masks on, comms open. Timing is everything. Any mistakes and we're done. Any hesitations and you'll regret it."

You stand, moving among them as a shadow of authority. The room doesn't feel tense. You're confident, but not arrogant. Confident enough to know that the thrill of this plan will keep everyone sharp, careful enough to know that even the best-laid schemes could crumble instantly.

You pause by the youngest member, a jittery newbie who's been under your wing for months. "Stick to the plan," you tell him, voice softer now. "Don't do anything reckless. Remember what we talked about."

A slight nod and then the team disperses, leaving you alone at the table for a moment. There's the faintest hum – a disturbance in the predictable rhythm of the city. Your eyes narrow; you're used to being careful and prepared. You know better than anyone that in a game like this? Someone like him always shows up sooner or later.

THe transition from the planning room to the city streets is seamless, cinematic even. You lead your crew through shadowed alleys and empty parking lots, masks fitted and gloves tight. You can feel the energy building, the controlled chaos you thrive on.

The Crescent Bank looms ahead, tall and modern, all steel and glass reflecting the evening glow. Security cameras rotate lazily. You pause for a moment, scanning your surroundings.

"Positions," you murmur, voice low and commanding. "Now."

Your crew scatters while you remain the central figure, orchestrating each move with precision. The doors of the bank slide open. So far, so good.

Until...

The rooftop above the bank is quiet, deserted except for the occasional wisp of wind. But you know better. He's there. THe hero whose reputation precedes him; calm, calculating, unstoppable. Aizawa has a way of showing up at the exact moment things were about to go wrong.

Your crew expected resistance. Small-time heroes who could be outmaneuvered. But not him. And yet, you don't panic. This is why they followed you, because you thrive in moments like this, where danger dances on the edge of disaster. The wrong move could kill someone.
