Ciel's POV:

Alois and Ciel sat cuddled in a room, pieces of broken glass and splatters of dried blood along the floor. This was the Apocalypse and no one will survive. Not even them.

Ciel hummed quietly trying to soothe the frightened blonde. " A-Alois calm down, please. " Ciel whispered holding the other boy closer. " I don't want to die Ciel..." Alois sobbed into Ciel's shirt. The Bluenette bit his lip holding back tears. He couldn't cry. He had to show Alois that there was nothing to be afraid of, that it would be okay in the end. He knew this was all a lie. A lie to Alois and a lie to himself.

A loud banging came from outside the door. They had found us and they had no where to run. " I'm sorry Alois. " the shorter boy said standing up as he looked down at the blonde. More tears spilt down the boys face as he grabbed Ciel's hand and rose to his feet " W-What are you sorry for? " Alois whispered as he placed his hands around the Bluenettes waist. Ciel laid his head into Alois's chest, listening to his heartbeat and letting tears escape his eyes " I'm so sorry Alois... I'm sorry I couldn't protect you. I'm so, so sorry. " He sobbed more tears rolling down his cheeks. He looked up at Alois and saw him look back. A small smile replaced his frown as the blonde spoke " it's my end and your end, but as long as I die beside you I'll be happy. "

Ciel hugged the boy closer and both boys began swaying side to side as Ciel began singing in a quiet voice.

" You are my sunshine,
my only sunshine
You make me happy... "

A loud crash interrupted the boy. As both of them turned their heads to the door they saw that they had broken through. This truly was the end. This is where they would die... None the less Ciel, letting more tears drip down his cheek gave Alois one more kiss before he began singing again.

" When skies are grey
You'll never know, dear,
how much I love you - "

They had loved each to death do them apart and unfortunately...

They never got to finish the song.
