"I'm going to see Ava bye." I yelled to my parents before mum could reply and shout at me for having detention again. Which to be honest is shitty because most of the time i haven't done anything wrong...
I sprinted over to my neighbours and knocked on the door, Ava opened it within a few seconds, her radiant face lighting up as she saw it was me. She had her hair up in cute buns either side of her head.

"Oh hey Ash. What are you doing here?" She spoke with a wide smile. I still couldn't believe she was related to... Isac...

"Isac said you wanted to see me today." I smiled at her, hoping she would say she did...

"Uhh no I didn't..." Oh... She staree at me puzzled.
"But come in." I stepped in the beautiful, vintage home of the Lundèn's and stood there awkwardly. Why did Isac say Ava wanted to see me if she didn't?
"I'll make you a drink. You can go to my room and we'll talk up there." She dissapeared into to the kitchen as I made my way upstairs. Hoping I woukdn't bump into Isac.
I saw two doors at the top of the stairs and had to renember which obe was Ava's. I noticed a door was opened a crack and heard a voice... Isac... I opened his door a little bit more and peeked in, he was lay on his bed, with his phone up to his cheek..

"No, Stephanie I'm not smoking, I told you I stopped." I heard him say. Who's Stephanie.
"Look when you get back I promise that I..." He stared in my direction and I gasped stepping back.
"I gotta go. I have things to do." I heard him hang up and he opened the door. Oh crap. I stepped back but fell over my own feet. I squeezed ny eyes shut waiting to feel the impact of my body hitting the floor... But I didn't...

I flew my eyes open to be greeted with a toned chest... Isac stared down at me with shimmering eyes and a stern facial expression. His lean, muscley arms were wrapped around my waist and I felt electricity swimming through my veins!

"Uhhh..." I flushed up and tried to avoid his eye contact, my hands were rested against my chest. It felt right being in his arms, but at the same time it felt so wrong...
"Why did you tell me Ava wanted to see me when she didn't." I asked him suspiciously. He broke our eye contact.
"Reasons." Was all he responded with. Of course, how could i think he would give me an answer.
"What are these reasons?"
"I'm not telling you." He connected our eyes again and stared at me. I felt his arms tensing as he held me closer to him.
"What are you..." I stared up at him and he noticed him beginning to lean in. I didn't know what to do... I wish he would stop doing giving ke mixed signals.

"Ash. We only have lemonade." Ava came up the stairs slowly, hokding two glasses of lemonade. Isac reacted to this by releasing my body and retreating back into his room, leaving me stood there with lust and a raging pulse. Ava stared at me weirdly before we both made our way into her room.

"I need to ask you something." I sighedand took a sip of my lemonade. She nodded at me, giving me her full attention.

"Why is Isac so moody and you know bad?" I murmured quietly and she just blinked at me blankly.

"He never used to be like that." She started and I crossed my legs as we were sat on the floor and started listening to her.

"Oh." Was all I managed to get out.

"Wait you don't like my brother do you?"

"What? No, of course not." I denied. I think I was starting too. I don't know... Everything's so complicated with him, he gives me mixed signals all the time and it drives me so insane... Ava pulled a suspicious face at me and I glanced down at the floor, avoiding eye contact.

"Okay. Anyway what happened to Isac is a long story."

"I got time." I smiled and stared into her color changing eyes again. Her eyes were like Isac's, they changed color depending on the lighting he was in...

"Okay, well last year when school started there was this new girl that came to school and..."

"Alright. Sorry Ashley can't stay." Isac burst through the door and grabbed my arm pulling me out of the room quickly. It was like he was hiding something from me.

"What? Isac" Ava yelled at him, running down the stairs after us and grabbing my other arm, trying to pull me back.
"Isac let go."
"No." He pulled me harder so Ava lost her grip and I stumbled into Isac. My face burried in his chest. "It was nice seeing you bye." He opened the front door and shoved me out, slamming the door in my face. I froze for a few seconds proccessing what just happened...

Isac doesn't want me to know what happened to him. But I will find out sooner or later.

*skip to after school the next day*

"So here we are. Detention again." I said sarcastically as I took my original seat.

"Yeah. I would have never thought you were a badass." Isac replied sarcastically with his arms folded against his chest.

"It's your fault. You get me into trouble." I stared at my desk and Isac grunted without answering.

"Is this going to be a habit now?" I stared across at him and he looked puzzled.
"Us being in detention everyday after school?" I explained to him with a softer voice than usuap and he just staree at me with no facial expression on his face. As usual... Hevturned his head to face the front before he finally answered.

"I don't know." His voice was raspy and deeper; but for some reason I always find his voice sexy... It was like I was a puppet to him and he was taking control of me. Everything I do reminds me of him... We stayed with our arms folded in silence for a few minutes and it was quite awkward...

"So when I was talking to your sister yesterday, why wouldn't you let her tell me the story?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Because I don't want you to know."

"Why?" I questioned.

"BECAUSE I DON'T" He shouted while glancing at me with wrinkles plastered on his forehead from a huge frown, it threw me back. Once he realised he turned back to the front and crossed his arms again.
"Sorry." I heard him whisper quietly.

"You don't mean that." I spoke agitatedly, without even looking at him. He grabbed his bag and stormed towards the door. Like I had done something wrong...

"Where are you going?"

"None of your business okay. So stay out of it." He spat before storming out of the door in the hallway... What did I ever do to him to make him hate me?
