(A/N-photos of outfits will be at the top of most chapters and they will be from @OutfitsHeaven on Twitter. Because they have gorgeous clothes)
Georgia's POV
I threw my pencil case and all the necessary items for today in my new bag ready for my first day. I ran down the stairs and walked into the kitchen to see my mum making me pancakes.
"Morning," we both said simultaneously.
"Here you go," She said before flipping a pancake onto a plate.
"Thanks mum."
"How you feeling?"
"Nervous but excited I just hope to meet some new nice people today so I know where to go," I laughed nervously.
I picked at the pancake and ate little bits. I've been to a new school before but this is much more nerve wracking and I sort of lied to my mum. I'm not one bit excited I'm just extremely nervous.
After I finished my breakfast I went to put my shoes on by the bottom of the stairs. As I did I overheard my mum speaking to my dad in the living room.
"I'm worried about her David, if someone says anything mean to her today and it gets to her, we can't afford to move around anymore. All I want to do is make her happy but I can't do that if these other mean teenagers are putting her down."
I kept quiet and tried not to cry myself hearing my mother's voice cracking with worry about me.
"She'll be okay Stella, she has re-vamped herself remember. She's happier and more confident now. She'll do great."
I smiled at the thought of my dad having so much confidence in me. It was then I decided I needed to leave to catch the bus. I walked into the room and hugged both my parents goodbye as they wished me good luck.
I walked to the end of the street just as the bus pulled up. I got on and received a few weird glances. I may look different because of my new style. I am more stylish but I still feel sick whenever someone looks at me.
My anxiousness is so bad right now and I just prey that I don't have a panic attack in front of my new school students. I found that the only seat that was free was right at the back next to four attractive and punk rock looking guys.
I freaked out a little more and then slowly walked and sat on the seat next to a long haired boy. His eyes were, well I'm not sure, I couldn't figure out whether they were hazel or green in different lighting. He was wearing ripped black skinny jeans and an AC/DC Iron Man vest top with high black converse. He wore a red bandanna too. He was extremely stylish and gorgeous like the rest of his friends.
He looked at me and smiled which I returned.
"Hey, I haven't seen you before, you new?" He asked in a thick Australian accent which made him even more attractive if that's possible.
"Yeah I just moved down this street a few weeks ago," I replied.
"Cool I live down here too. Where are you originally from?" He asked.
"California and I'm guessing your from Australia."
"Yeah," he chuckled which made me laugh too.
"How come you moved from California to Denver then?"
"Nosey aren't you?"I questioned while laughing.
I didn't really want him to know that I was a nerdy, nervous, bullied girl and that's why I'm here so I had to change the subject.
"Haha yeah I am but I will stop now if you just tell me your name," he smirked.
"Georgia, Georgia Hammond."
