Lost; A Portal 2 Fan Fic

Chapter 1

Savannah's P.O.V:
I wake up and hear a robotic voice telling me to get out of the bed and look up. I stay in bed confused why I'm here. I try and think what happened. But I only remember that my name is Savannah and that I'm 15. I can't remember anything else, it's as if my brain has been wiped or something. I decide to at least do what the robotic voice is telling me too, so I get out of bed and look at the ceiling, the voice then tell me to look down and I listen. The voice keeps giving me commands until it says, "Return to your bed."
I walk over and sit on the edge before laying down. I don't feel tired at all. I then lay down and then suddenly I feel extremely tired, I close my eyes and fall into a dreamless sleep.

When I awaken I notice the building in is moving. Suddenly there is a loud crashing sound and a small part of my wall breaks away. I look out of the small hole and see a woman jump out of the building then she is joined by a round robot. I want to go after them but the hole is too small for me to fit through. I yell after them but they don't seem to hear me. I suddenly feel very lonely. I walk back over to my bed and sit down. I wonder what I'm even supposed to do and I feel the only solution is to get some more sleep. I lay down in the bed again and I feel instantly tired. I close my eyes and fall asleep but this time my dreams are full of the woman, the round robot, and some other giantish robot.

I suddenly am bolted awake by another crash. I look around hopefully thinking the round robot and the woman have found me but I am only greeted with a smashed in door. I look out the door and gasp, it's the giantish robot from my dream! "I am GLaDOS," the giantish robot says, "and you are to come with me."
I nod and then follow her down the hallway. I am confused at why she has come to get me now and not before. I wonder if she is friends with the others. I decide to ask her, "Excuse me," I say, "do you know another woman and a roundish robot, they were right above me and-"
She cuts me off, "be quiet and come with me,"
I'm about to continue talking when I realize I probably don't want to make GLaDOS mad seeing as she is my only way out of here. I follow her until we have reached outside. She tells me which direction to go and and I nod. She then leaves and I look around.

There doesn't seem to be much of anything anywhere. Mostly things are broken and crumbly. I start to head the way she told me too when I notice a red beam aimed straight towards me. I start to feel pannicked but nothing happens. I follow the beam and come to an interestingly shaped robot. "Hello," it says too me.
Surprised it could talk I stutter back,
"H-hi,"
"Who are you?" It asks.
"I'm Savannah,"
"Are you human?"
"Of course I am!!! Why wouldn't I be?" I reply with a laugh.
"But you can speak to me. Humans can't do that."
I'm shocked, what does this mean?! "I n-need to go. B-bye," I wave to the robot and walk away until I'm positive that I'm out of it's sightline.  Then I run as fast as I can to where GLaDOS told me too go. Why could I speak to it?

GLaDOS is there waiting for me. "Well you took a long time to show up," she says.
"Sorry," I pant, tired from running.
GLaDOS hands ms two objects that looked exactly the same. "Put them on," she says, "you'll need them for the tests."
"What tests?" I say as I slip them over my hands.
"Test's you'll be doing. Now come on." She starts to head in the direction of a futuristic round door thing.
I quickly run after her, not wanting to fall behind.

When I walk through the door, there are so many things. It takes me a couple of minutes to sort out what even is happening. "Woah," I manage to say.
"You can enjoy looking at stuff later. I'll be watching you with security cameras. Complete the test to move on,"
I nod in agreement. GLaDOS leaves and I survey the room again. "I can do this" I think to myself.
That's when I realize. I don't know what the machines on my hands are or how to use them.
