Lost; A Portal 2 Fan Fic

Chapter 2

"Oh crap." I think looking at the things on my hands.
I walk around the room seeing white panels everywhere. I look across a moat of murky water and see the exit. That's where I need to go. I look around but I don't see a bridge or anything to help me get across. I point one of the machines thinking maybe it's some sort of vacuum but it doesn't do anything. "Crap." I think again.
I point it at the door and again nothing. I get frustrated and aim it at the wall and suddenly a bright flash and a beam of blue quick lye shoots onto the wall and creates a blue portal. "Huh?!" I say surprised.
I look at the blue portal and it's just all blue and doesn't look like it leads anywhere. I look down at the machine. The oval part on it is now glowing blue! I look at the other one but there is no change. Hmmmmmmmm. I aim this one at the wall again and this time an orange beam shoots out creating an orange portal. But now the portals lead to each other. So that's how it works. I am the orange one at a wall on my side of the water and concentrate. Another portal appears!
I confidently walk through the portal and come out the blue one. "Hooray!" I exclaim.
I run over to the exit and it opens as I approach it. There is an electrical looking field seemingly blocking my exit. I look up at a big screen where GLaDOS was before but she's gone now. I slowly stick my foot into the blue thing and nothing happens. I stick my left arm through and the orange light disappears. The orange portal disappears as well. I stick my right arm in now and the blue light disappears and so does the portal. It seems as if this electrical blue field resets the test. I confidently walk through and only feel a tingling sensation all throughout my body.
Suddenly GLaDOS' voice comes through a speaker. "Well you completed the first test. Congratulations. Now time for another one. And then another one after that. And then even more until you die. Have fun," she says in a slightly neutral tone.
After this the loudspeaker shuts off and I get into the elevator.
The elevator takes me down a level. As I get out and head to the entrance door of the test, the door doesn't open for some reason. I peek through a crack in the wall and see the woman from before solving the test. I look up on the screen and see GLaDOS watching her. GLaDOS looks like she absolutely hates this woman. I wonder why.
As I wait for the woman to finish I see a red beam aim at me from inside a grate. I recognize this as the robot from before. I lean down and look at it. "Hello again," I say
"We have never met, and how do you speak our language?"
Confused I answer, "I don't know I just can I guess. Anyway there are more of you?"
"Of course there are! We are called turrets."
"Oh, what's that red beam for?"
"It's our field of vision. If we spot you, we shoot at you,"
"But you spotted me and you aren't shooting at me,"
"There is something different about you, something strange. Let me tell you someth-" the turret is cut off by the door opening.
I wave goodbye and enter the next testing room. I look around and spot a cube up high. I portal up there and try and grab it but I can't with the portal guns on my hands. I try taking them off but they seem to be stuck on. "Ugh. How am I supposed to move this thing when I can't even pick it up?!" I think angrily.
"Move." I think while glaring at the cube.
When nothing happens I sigh and sit down. I poke it with the blue portal gun while saying 'move' over and over again. Suddenly when I almost yell the word 'move' electrical beams shoot out of the portal gun and when I move the portal gun the block moves with it. "YES!" I shout in triumph.
I walk through the portal and place the block on a platform. The exit door opens and I enter it. As I walk towards the elevator I can see many turrets beams pointed at me. I hope they do not decide to shoot at me because I don't know how I would even defend myself against them. I control myself and do not run even though all my senses are telling me too. I walk calmly to the elevator and get in. When it starts to move I exhale realizing I was holding my breath the entire time. I breath in deeply, wondering what the next test would bring.

A.N. Second chapter done! What was that turret going to tell her? Who is that mysterious other tester?
Why are the turrets so interested with Savannah? All of these questions and more will be answered later in the book :3 please vote or comment! Thanks. (Seriously I want to know what you guys think, feel free to suggest some things I should do in the comments)
