Ch. 27 Secret

We stopped the car. And I got out. I went to the back and looked through the window and saw Adam crying. Th was trying to comfort him. I can't forgive him, he has made too many mistakes and I have forgiven him too many times. I think and I call Jerome. He answers, "hello?" I pause. "It's Brianna." I say. "Are you okay?! How are you feeling?!" He says. "I am fine. Listen, where is Adam and the rest?" I ask. "They are at the store i think except for Jason and Ty. Where's Mitch?" he responded.

" Can you please open the back door." I say. I hang up in a rush. 10 seconds later Jerome is opening the door for me. "What is going on?" he asks. I hug him. "I needed to know that someone besides Mitch cared." I said. He hugged me back.

I let go. "Also, I need to get to my stuff." I said. "Where are you gonna be going?" he asked. "Away. Somewhere far far away..." I say. I started going up the steps and I bumped into Ty.

"Brianna!" He said. He gave me hug. This felt nice. He let go. "You know Adam feels terrible. He really cares." he said and I let go. "Ty...." I sigh. He says, "I know... How are you doing though?" he asked. "Fine... Listen I am in a rush." I say. He nods understanding.

I rush upstairs and open the guest bedroom to see Adam. Jerome... Jerome what have you done.... He was sitting on the bed. I run downstairs and say down on the couch.

I need to calm down or I might blackout... I say to myself. I just noticed Jason there. He hugged me and I think that calmed me down some. "Hi Jason... Yes I'm fine... No I am not staying..." I say. He just shrugs.

I walk all the way back upstairs and Adam is still in the room. I walk in and he looks over at me. "How are you feeling..." he asks silently. This is the most silent I have ever heard him be.

I nod first. "Fine." I say. I go into my closet. And grab my guitar. "Let me guess. Your leaving to Tyler's or your brothers?" he says. I close the door. "No..." I say.

"Then what are you doing?" he asks. I sigh. I needed to wait longer to tell him... Right?
I whisper in his war what my plan is... He looks over at me and nodded. "It's what's best." i say. It goes silent. "Adam... What do I do?" I ask. And he looks at me as if I had three arms?

"I still want to record with you and everything but I don't want anyone to know about this whole situation about what I am doing." I explain. "At least until I am gone..." I mumble...
