Gray's POV

After Elliot left me, I went home and when I got there I plopped on the couch to nap. I was about to fall asleep when I heard a window shatter. I got up slowly and grabbed my gun. I clicked a bullet into place and pointed it at the source of the noise.

"Whoever is there, come out with your hands up! I have a gun and I am not afraid to shoot!" I yelled. A woman about my age with a tight black suit and  hood covering her face came out from hiding with one hand above her head and another behind her back.

"Put the other hand up." I said now focusing the gun on the intruder.

"No." she said plainly. She then charged me.

I pulled the trigger and the bullet would have hit her face but she moved to the side so that the bullet barely scraped her ear. She growled at me and kicked me in the side. I clicked another bullet in place and was gonna shoot when she grabbed the gun out of my hands and shot my leg.

I fell and she just stood there, kicking me. She shot me again in the other leg, then resumed her kicking. She kicked me last in the head and then left to go take stuff out of my room. At that moment, Elliot got home.

She saw me on the ground.

"She's pretty tough." I said. Elliot stood up and screamed in anger

"WHAT THE ACTUAL -"

Then, I blacked out.
