*Mary's P.O.V*
I buckled my seatbelt and he did too and we drove off. I stuck my arm out the open window. "Where are we going?" I turned my head to him."Depends, do you like going fast?" He glanced at me.
"I love to, but what does that have to do with anything?"
"You'll see." He smiled mischievously.
After a minute of driving we reached a dirt field. "Hold on tight." He said.
"Wha-" I started but was cut off by the sudden increase in speed. I squealed and screamed with excitement.
He sped through the field and quickly turned left, as we drifted he sped up again. He did a few donuts and continued to speed through the field towards a small jump. He hit it and we flew about 6 feet in the air. As he continued to do his tricks my heart raced, butterflies in my stomach were going crazy. I let out a few screams, then after a few minutes he skidded to a stop.
I was giggling and smiling like an idiot. "How was that?" He gave me a cocky smile.
"Awesome! Where did you learn to do that?" I replied energetically.
"My dad taught me."
"So you come here a lot?" I asked curious.
"Oh, a ton. Here, this is one of my favorite things to do here." He got out of the car and climbed on the roof. I followed after him and laid right next to where he was. It was a bright sunny day and there was a slight breeze, a few clouds drifted through the sky.
We laid there for a while joking and watching the clouds float by. It was slightly hot out, and it was a beautiful day.
"I love to see what the clouds look like." I said
"Same." He smiled.
"That one looks like a duck." I said pointing to one.
"It does," he chuckled then looked at the other ones. "The one next to it looks like a dragon eating a car." He said and I giggled at his imagination.
"That one?" I pointed to one that looked nothing like that, but none of them did to me. He shook his head.
"No, that one." He grabbed my hand and moved it to another cloud. The butterflies started up again as he touched my hand, I thought his hand might've lingered, but that's my imagination. He pulled his hand away and we continued to look at the clouds.
I saw one that looked like a boat, he saw it as a fire breathing dog. I saw a cherry, he saw an exploding basketball. I'll give it to him, he has a wild imagination. After a while I decided to have a little fun with him. While I explained why it was a tree and not a firework-gone-wrong, I pick pocketed his phone.
"Look, those are the Sparks and those are the people running away." He pointed out.
"Ya hold on," I said putting his phone up to my ear. "yup they say that I'm right."
"Hey!" He put his hand to his pocket and noticed it was missing. "Alright give it."
"Let me think about that..." I jumped off the car. "nope." He grinned and jumped off the car as well.
"That's it." He said with a mischievous look on his face. I ran away from him, laughing as I did so. I sprinted away not looking back, but I wasn't fast enough. He grabbed me by my waist and threw me around his shoulder.
"Put me down!" I squealed, pounding on his back.
"Let me think about that...nope." He started to tickle my sides, I squirmed and squealed as I was on his back. He continued to tickle me as he walked to the car.
