Ashton's P.O.V

After hoping to the car with mummy, aunty, big sis and Max the car started to move really fast. Big sis always did drive fast, i looked out the window watching the trees past by in blur. Momma was setting up the mini tv thing for the car for me.

Max was on the other seat asleep. That puppy is way too lazy, i placed my hand on Max's head and scratched it.

Mamma sat next to me and i could softly smell her sweet vanilla scent. I loved it, i love everything about momma. She was even better than my birth mother, my birth mother never did or asked me anything. She only put up with me because it was keeping her with dad. I knew when i was small daddy no love mum, but stayed because of me.

"What movie do you want to watch honey?" Momma asked her eyes a soft calm blue color. Her smile so gentle and eyes so captivating and soft as she talked to me.

"Uhmm can i watch despicable me?" I asked politely. I loved momma ever since she rescued me from death.

"Sure thing baby" She smiled. After uploading the movie momma reached into her bag and brought out a large packet of popcorn and lollies as well as apple juice. I love apple juice and lollies!

Momma opened both packets and poked my apple juice box for me. The movie started and i chewed away happily engrosed with the movie.

Scarlet's P.O.V

"Hey Serena whats the name of the pack that needs help?" I asked as i raised a warm blanket over Ashton. He fell asleep after watching 4 movies. He lay across the seats with his little head rested on my lap, he has been asleep for 3 hours now..

"oh-uhmm" Serena bit her bottom lip. Every time Serena bits her bottom lip it means she is hiding something.

"Serena" I said sternly. She looks at me through the mirror.

"Well if i told you before i knew you wouldn't come" She murmured and started tapping on the steering wheel meaning she is nervous.

"Serena" I repeated getting agitated, i could feel my eyes changing color and by my guess im pretty sure they are a dark purple. Purple means annoyed.

"Uhm w-what if i told y-you that uhmm it was the um Nihm pack" Serena muffled the name.

"The what pack?" I asked raising my voice immediately regretting it as Ash began to stir burring his face into my stomach. The little angel.

"Nihum pack" She mumbled again. My patience rising.

"Serena im about to lose my temper" i growled. I could feel my eyes changing again i looked at my compact and saw my eyes a dark purple nearly black. Serena saw this and took an audible gulp.

"Okay okay. I'm sorry its the Nilan Pack" Her body tensed all over i can see.

"If it weren't for Ash i would have murdered you in 10 seconds flat. The Nilan pack was Ace's pack. It disgusts me to think i was apart of such a pack.

"Thanks little buddy!" Serena sighed knowing she was saved. For now.

Ash stirred awake "huh?" he grumbled cutely, pulled off his seat belt that was securing his waist and crawled onto my lap rubbing his eyes awake.

"Buddy when we get out of this car i will buy you lollies when ever you want" Serena said.

At this Ash perked up and said "Thank you! Love you big sis!" 

We heard a groan come from the passenger seat.

"Geez guys, i was actually having a good dream" groaned Natalya as she stretched awake. Somehow during the ride, Max found his way to Lya and looked very comfortable sleeping on her chest. 

"Heheh Morning Aunt Lya" Ash piped up.

My tummy grumbled loudly and caused everyone in the car to erupt in laughter. Ash fell onto the seats giggling. Max woke up but went back to sleep and I rolled my eyes at that lazy dog.

"Okay, next stop diner in tee minus 3 minutes" Serena announced in a robotic female voice.

Ash and Lya cracked up again.

Oh boy. How did i end up with a family like this, who says you can't choose your family?

If i could pick my family i would choose this one over my so called blood related brothers. I wonder how they felt when i left. Pssh they wouldn't care, in fact im pretty sure everyone threw a huge party in my absense.
