I once asked why my parents why they named me Ren.

"You were born on a warm spring, so we named you Ren with the meaning of love and connection."

A person with strawberry blonde color hair gently pat my head as he held me in his arms.

Welllllll----------- That was years ago, seems nice right?

It was definitely not until that day one of my family members accidentally slipped words out of their mouth about, my dad - yes the Kamishiro Rui first thought of naming me Ramune.

For god sakes! Thank my papa for stopping him from doing that. Kamishiro Ramune- I have nothing to say but speechless If he really does.

According to my two god mothers :

"Kamishiro Ramune,"Mom Nene said, deadpan, squishing her grapefruit juice.

"He had it written on a little name card. He was so proud. Said it 'captured the effervescent joy of new life.'"

Mama Emu nodded vigorously,eyes sparkling.

"WONDERHOY! But Tsukasa-kun turned so red! He snatched the card and shouted, 'WE ARE NOT NAMING OUR CHILD AFTER A CARBONATED BEVERAGE, RUI!'

I buried my face in my hands.

I owed Papa my life. Twice.

As much as I love ramune as he does, I really do not wished to be named after it. (I'll never forgive dad for kept stealing my ramune!!)

And not to mention that eh, my dad has a really bad taste in naming things, that stupid chicken that he somehow always use in his creations is called Mr.Chicky.

Don't get me wrong, I like Mr.Chicky but god the name is stupid as hell! Dad also has a really bad taste in fashion too- I wondered where did he get it from, Grandma and grandpa's taste in fashion doesn't seems too bad though? Meh, I'm sure I'll get an answer one day, or maybe not-

Ahem. Anyways, lemme reintroduce myself.

Hi! I'm Kamishiro Ren, 1st year in Kamiyama High School.

And yes, I'm the child of Kamishiro Rui and Tenma Tsukasa. Please don't ask their signatures from me, it would be nice to not recreate what happened to me last time... (getting buried by things from fans that they wanted to get signatures from my parents..)

Everyone who knew my parents said I'm the combination of my parents, strawberry blonde hair with blue stripes and of course the amber eyes of my papa that my dad and adore.

Papa felt pity that my eyes isn't like dad's yellow eyes. That obtained two objection from me and dad. Well, I love papa's sparkling amber eyes, who doesn't!?

Dad says papa's eyes is like the surface of an ocean that sunlight is shattered as it rise up or rise down. I couldn't agree more. People say "The eye of a lover are the eighth ocean"

As same as dad I hope my papa's eyes always and will forever shines bright as well as his smile that he alway has on his face.

Sometimes I would have story time with Aunt Saki, Aunt Ichika, Aunt Mizuki, my two godmother - mama Emu and mom Nene. and actually basically everyone from Leo/Need, Vivid Bad Squad. Yes that included Uncle Akito, even though as much as he is annoyed by my parents he still somehow really spoil me along with Uncle Toya ;w;
