A Note To All Our Customers

Before we dive deeper into our holiday activities, we wanted to share an important update for everyone who has submitted review requests or is waiting for feedback.

Reviewer Availability

Since Teen Fix went on a long break, several of our reviewers have become inactive due to academics, personal commitments or schedule changes. Because of this, reviews may be slightly delayed for now.
We do not want to rush your stories or offer incomplete feedback. Your work deserves proper attention.

Current Status

We are currently checking
• which reviewers are still active
• who can return this month
• who needs more time off

Once this is clear, we will share an updated list of reviewers who are available and accepting requests.

For Those Who Have Already Paid

If you paid or requested a specific reviewer and they turn out to be inactive, you will be allowed to either
• take your payment back
or
• choose another active reviewer when the list is updated

No one will be left confused or waiting indefinitely.

Review Requests Are Closed

Our review section is currently CLOSED until further notice.
We will reopen requests only when our reviewer list is finalized and everything is properly organized again.
