Home of a twelve year old girl known as Mary. Mary is said to be wearing a white dress and has pigtails, although nobody is quite sure exactly what her story is, some believe she was killed when the theater was caught on fire in 1923, others say she was hit by a car on Beale street. Whatever the story is, Mary loves to hear organ concerts and the theater reserves seat C5 in the balcony especially for her.
Some say that there is also another ghost said to haunt the theater, an undead figure wearing a mask who lives in the air ducts and waves out to visitors during performances.
