Chapter 1

The palace have been occupied for the past couple of months preparing for Princess Isabella's  coronation day, and wedding.She is the only child of Prince Louis and Queen Athena of England, and the most awaited moment is finally about to arrive. It's only 3 days away before Princess Isabella of England will be crowned as Queen and will be married to Prince Braden of the United States of America. He is the youngest son of King Sebastian and Queen Lauren. Prince Braden is not really supposed to be the one to marry the princess, but when the first child, Prince Nicholas got kidnapped when he was 3, Prince Braden took his place, and acted as a replacement for the missing Prince.

It is against the rules for the youngest son or daughter to be married before the first child does. The only exception of the rules is when the first child dies. But since Princess Isabelle is an only child, and Prince Nicholas has never been found, no one is really sure who took Prince Nicholas, where he is, or if he died, but there is no traces of him in the kingdom, or anywhere near, since then, Prince Braden is now considered as an only child.

As soon as they found out Prince Nicholas was missing, they searched everywhere and anywhere to find the Prince, but unfortunately, after years and years of searching, up to this point, they still hadn't succeeded.

The society still believed that the prince is still alive, because based on the authorities, there is no proof, whatsoever, whether the prince is dead or not. The people think that it's unfair to Prince Nicholas to just abandon him and not really put out any effort into finding and know what happened to him. There are a lot of theories going on about what happened to the missing prince, some say that he got kidnapped, and others say that the Assassins kidnapped, or possibly, killed him to get revenge.Or, something that makes more sense, was when the Russians was in fight with America in 2016, they planned revenge, and killed the Prince of USA, decades after the war. Until now, no one still knows the truth about the enigma of the missing Prince of the United States of America.

The reason why most people think that the Assassins took the prince is to get revenge from the government. Which makes sense. Because before King Jonathan was crowned as king decades ago, the Assassins and the Government were friends for a very long time. They finally included the Assassins as a part of the community, that happened thousands of years ago. But when King Jonathan was crowned as king, everything changed. He imprisoned a lot of people, he created new rules that made no sense whatsoever, and they also excluded the Assassins from the community, because he thinks that they can betray the Government, and are just really bad human beings, which really turned things around, not just in America, but in the whole world.

The Assassins spread all over world and built clans. One in Japan, Germany, Paris, Texas, and New Zealand. There is one just outside of London, but the Assassins kept it secret, so no one would sue them to the King. And there, they planned their revenge, they killed King Jonathan, and everybody knew about it. Then, the queen told the military to get rid of all of the assassins in the world, no assassins should live in this world. The assassins found out, and they started the World War IV. Them against the rest of the world. The rest of the world won. The Assassins finally surrendered when the government said that they'll set them free if they just ended the war, they did. But that didn't stop the rivalry between the Government and the Assassins. They still hate each other, the Assassins are still excluded from the society, the Assassins are still living all over the world, the Government is living happily without the Assassins, because they are planning their revenge on the Government, because killing King Jonathan is not enough for what everything the  Government has done to them.

And most people, mostly Assassins, despise England and America, because based on the legend, The United States used to be a democratic country, back when the Assassins are still friends with the Government, but not until 2018, that's when England decided to team up with US, Australia, and France, by convincing them that England's government system is better than democratic countries, because with that, less wars happen. So, the countries finally gave in, they copied England's government system, from Royal families to palaces. Then England again, convinced the three countries to team up for future wars. And most people disagreed with that, because it's obvious that the only reason England wanted to team up with those countries, because they have the best military system, and in case future war happens, England wouldn't be defeated by them.

The main reason the Assassins hate England and America, is because when England just let the other countries to be democratic, the people, including them, would still be free, and not be excluded from the society, killing King Jonathan of The United States, and what they're about to do next would probably never happen if England stopped being selfish and started thinking about the safety of the rest  of the world.

"Do I really have to do this, Mom?" Isabella asked Queen Lauren.
"I know sweetie, it's going to be hard for a teenager to get married and rule the country. But you have no choice, you are born to rule, it's in your blood, and please don't disgrace your ancestors."
"I know that it's my responsibility of being a princess but I really just wanna be a normal girl. A girl who doesn't have to be followed around by soldiers everywhere I go, doesn't have to wear puffy gowns, can go shopping by herself, and doesn't have to be married at the age of seventeen."
"Yes. But most girls in the world dreamed of being a princess like you, and you're a princess, every other girl's dream, wanted to be a normal teenager? I just don't understand."
"I have a question, mom. When you were my age, do you really want to be a ruler?" she asked.
"I had to. I had to accept the fact that this is what my life is going to be, I had to love it, worship it, even. It was hard at first, but eventually, I got used to it, and worked my way around to where I'm at now." Queen Lauren confessed.
"Um, Princess Isabella, sorry to interrupt, but it's time for the coronation rehearsal, they need you in five minutes." the maid knocked on the door.
"Tell them she will be right over." Queen Lauren said.
"Hey, clean yourself. Get ready, make yourself look presentable, like what a responsible ruler would do. Come out when you're ready. And remember this, you will get through this stage of your life, sooner, the country would be all yours. And you will tell you child the same thing when they get married." Queen Lauren took Isabella's hand, held it tight, and let Isabella let go when she's ready.
"Yes, mother." the princess finally said, sighing.
"You'll  get through this. Everything will be fine." The queen said and  left the room.
The princess nodded.
