Chapter 2
Caleb Brooke just started his assassin training for the day in Beach Haven just outside of London. Beach Haven is the home for the best assassins in the world. No has ever been in this place, except for the assassins, of course. No one dared to. Simply because a legend says that it's the most nightmarish, terrifying, and threatening place you could ever be in. They say the place is always gloomy, no light can come through, it's always raining, there's ghost everywhere, which are the victims of the assassins, and they're constantly throwing knives everywhere, and anyone could get killed, anytime, anywhere.Sounds scary, huh? I bet you don't wanna bet your your life going in, either. Once you step in, you'll never come out. It's a trap. They say the Assassins try to invite you to come in, but they just really want to kill you. It's been a mystery for thousands of years, after the fourth World War happened, no one knows why they constantly try to kill people.
But that's not the truth. Everyone not living in Beach Haven, have been living and believing in lies. No one knows the truth that lies in the place Beach Haven, except for the assassins themselves. The truth is that Beach Haven is always crowded, not by ghosts, but by assassins. Yes, it might be mysterious and gloomy, but it's not threatening in any way. There might be assassins in training throwing knives, but they do in in a school, not just on the street. Yes, they do have schools. They also have shopping malls, grocery stores, and houses. But not the buildings you imagine they have in New York Or California. And because they're assassins. They make those places a little bit assassin appropriate. More mysterious, dark, ancient, and a little bit disturbing for normal people. Their shopping malls sells a ton of black clothes, the same with the houses, school, and other public buildings are black and ancient looking.
I'm gonna ask you about what does on your mind when you hear the word "assassin". Did you say ruthless, bad, gory, or anything in that radar? If yes, you're just like everyone else. If you said no, well then good, you're catching up.
The Assassins have been labeled as unearthly, horrible, and frightening by the world. But once again, they are wrong. Yes, the assassins are trained to use knives and can kill people really easily. But that doesn't mean they're not humans. They eat real food, they love bacon, and they do what normal people do. They have feelings, they laugh, smile, cry, and can also be mad. The only reason they're a bit different is that they're trained to be fighters. But they don't kill people constantly, the only do it if they have to.
Caleb Brooke is the best teenage Assassin in the world. He is witty, dangerous, fearless, good looking, strong, and has the best hair in town. He is basically the ultimate crush of the teenage girl assassins in Beach Haven. No one can blame them, because he is trained to be a professional assassin since he started to walk by a group of professional assassins. But some assassins also hate him. The main reason is that they're jealous of him, but they say that he is ruthless and a sinister. But that is not true at all. The only reason why he is so good is that he's trained his whole life for a very special mission that the assassins have been planning for decades, and he is the chosen one to do it.

"Hey! Give me my knife back!!!" said Ellie to Connor, one of Caleb's best friends in Beach Haven.
"No! Hahaha!" laughed Connor, then he tossed the knife to Caleb, which he caught.
"Psstttt!" Mr. Jones whistled to stop them. He is one of the best adult assassins and decided to build a school called The Alliance. He was the great great grandson of the man, Axel Jones, if not, the best assassin ever trained in history.
"Boys, give Ellie her knife back. Ellie and Connor can go home, and you Mr. Caleb Brooke, you stay here." said Mr. Jones
"Yes sir." said Ellie and Connor in unison.
Then out of the blue, Connor interrupted, "What are guys been doing alone? Can I help. Please! I really have nothing to do after training but stay home doing chores."
Connor is the goofy kind of assassin who just turns everything to something laughable.
"Dude, shut up. You're gonna get yourself in trouble. And no one cares if you do chores. Look at your room, looks like a tsunami hit it ." said Ellie. She is a witty, responsible, most of the time flirty kind of girl.
"Connor, I'm sorry you have to do chores. I know it's not fun. But you cannot help on what me and Caleb are doing."
"Okay. Then I just wanna know what you're doing?" Connor asked.
"Mr. Jones, is there any way Connor can come watch us. I promise he won't ruin anything." Caleb interrupted.
"Well, perhaps, we could give it a try. But, Connor please do not tell anyone else about this. you too Ellie. You two can watch and pretend you're a part of it, but you're not a part of the real mission." Mr. Jones finally gave in.
"I won't tell. This is so exciting. It's better than chores, right?." Connor said.
"Mission? What mission?" Ellie asked.
"I'll tell you both inside that room, so no once can hear." said Mr. Jones.Mr. Jones, Caleb, Ellie, and Connor went to the secret room Mr. Jones was talking about. When Caleb opened the door and Connor was blown away by what he saw. In that room, holds knives, guns, and a lot of Assassins gathered around a wooden table.
The room looks ancient, really outdated, almost everything is made out of wood, and it smells like a campfire, like what you would imagine happened 100 or maybe 200 years ago.
"Um, what's going on here?" Ellie asked.
"Yeah, what's going on, Caleb?" Connor repeated.
"Um. It's just. The. Um." Caleb muttered.
"I'll handle it." Mr. Jones said.
"Okay, I think I'll start off here. So, me and a group of Assassins teamed up decades ago for a secret mission, well revenge actually. You have learned about how the government has excluded us from the society in history class right?." Mr. Jones asked.
"Yeah.." Ellie said.
"But isn't killing King Jonathan enough?" Connor added.
"No, not at all, and that was ages ago. We thought that would teach them a lesson to just let as in the society, but they still didn't let us in. Doesn't sound fair to me." Mr. Jones explained.
"I'm really hating the government for doing this to us."says Ellie.
"So, what the mission about?" Connor exclaimed.
"Yeah, Mr. Jones, You said you were going to tell us about the mission." Ellie added.
"I'm pretty sure, I did not quite said that." Mr. Jones said.
