Chapter 1

Delia's P.O.V-
It was my first day of school and I'm currently stressing out, and I'm so afraid I'm going to piss myself. I just finished getting dressed and I can not stop shaking so I put my headphones on and head out to my car. Someone once told me it was illegal to drive with headphones on but I'm freaking out and they calm me down besides I always wear my headphones. I arrive at the prison they call south high and all I see are cliché stereotypes and I can't help but roll my eyes before I park. I get out of my car and straighten my skirt making sure I don't have any premature accidents considering I just got here but with my luck it's bound to happen I'm just hoping for later than sooner. I start my walk to the school and once I get to the steps I can already tell I don't fit in considering everyone is staring but that's what I get for being the new girl. I glance at the ground take a deep breath and start my walk up the steps but when I lift my head my glance automatically meet someone else's. It's a guys. He's kinda cute and I think he is saying something to me but I can't tell because I have my headphones on so I shrug it off and walk into the school besides he probably wasn't talking to me anyways, why would he be? Oh well. I reach the office when I take off my headphones and rest them around my neck and then ask the lady at the front desk for my schedule she gives it to me with a forced smile and a map and with that I put my headphones on and walk out off the office and bump into someone I regain my balance and look up and I see a really pretty girl, I'm kinda jealous, I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I see that her mouth is flapping open and closed and at first I'm alarmed because all I can her is all of my music and then i realize that I'm not crazy and my headphones are still on so I slide them off my ears. "I'm sorry did you say something" I say to the girl trying not to sound sassy "I said watch where you're going" she starts "I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention" "obviously"she interrupts rolling her eyes "maybe next time you should try to use your brain instead of wondering around like a dumbass." She snaps about to walk away "that's amazing" I start getting her attention she turns to face me "what's amazing" she inquires rolling her eyes I put on a sarcastic smile "it's just that your so pretty" oh" she says she looks taken back "no one would ever know" I continue her face changes into an irritated look "know what?" She ask "that you're a dude" she gasps as I walk away with a smirk on my face and with my last remark I'm almost positive this will not be our last encounter. I hear her huffing and puffing behind me, as I walk away put my headphones back on and head into my first class.
