How to impress your crush step 2: Take them somewhere nice

~Your POV~

"S-sure, I would love to!" You said blushing madly. 

"Great, meet me at the horse stables after dinner!!

I was very excited. 'Wait, did he mean it as a date?'

"Eren, is this going to be a-"

"Stop talking and get back to work" Levi stepped in.

"This place is still a filthy mess." Eren and I quickly got back to work while he stood there watching us.

After he said it was good enough it was already time for dinner. Eren and I walked together in silence until I spoke up, "Eren, is it going to be a date?" I kept my eyes on the ground.

"N-no, it's just a walk. That wouldn't make a very good date anyway." He laughed awkwardly.

We made it to the cafeteria and got our food. I saw Jean and went to sit with him.

"Heya, Jean! Guess what."

"What?" He asked not caring to actually guess.

"After dinner your coming with me to go on a walk with Eren!"

"Why?" He asks raising an eyebrow, "I don't wanna be a third wheel on your date."

You blushed a little at his comment, "I-It's not a date." you say a hint of disappointment in your voice, "I asked him and he said it wasn't."

"So why do I have to come too?"

"Because Mikasa will be there."

"Really?!!" He exclaimed with excitement, "She really said she would come?!"

"No" Jean's smile fell into a frown, "but I'm guessing she'll be there because she follows Eren everywhere."

"Oh, yeah" Jean mumbled and started to eat his soup.

I slapped him hard on the back making him drop his spoon of soup. "Trust me, Jean! It'll be great! Anyways, you agreed to do whatever I say."

"Alright, fine." He said in defeat. Then when he was about take another bite of soup I slapped him on the back again.

"Why the hell do you keep doing that?!!"

"Because it's funny!" I laughed.

~Eren's POV~

When we got to the cafeteria we grabbed our food. I turned around to ask (Y/N) if she was going to sit with me but she was already walking over to Jean. 'Damn that Horseface' I thought to myself as anger and jealousy filled me.

Then Armin came over and told me to come sit down, so I followed him over to where Mikasa and him were sitting and sat down with them. I watched (Y/N) cheerfully talk to Jean and my heart sank.

"Eren, stop staring at (Y/N)." Mikasa said in her usual monotone voice.

"W-what! I-I-I wasn't staring!" I stuttered embarrassed that she had pointed it out for other people around us to hear.

"Mikasa's right, your always staring at her." Armin said.

"No I'm not!!"I yelled and everyone at our table looked at me. My face was even redder with embarrassment.

I started shoving food in my mouth so I could leave sooner, but I was eating a little too fast.

"Don't forget to chew, Eren." Mikasa reminded me watching me cram more for in my mouth. Right after she said that I started to choke and downed my drink to help.

When I finished my food I told Mikasa and Armin the plan with me and (Y/N) and they agreed to leave me alone for the night.

Then I left and walked over to the horse stables to wait for (Y/N). I had a bunch of mixed feelings about tonight. I was feeling excited, nervous and happy. While I waited for her I gave my self a pep talk to get my confidence up.

"Alright Eren, this is it! We're going to tell her how we feel and it's going to be perfect!! We have to do it tonight or I'll never be with and I'll end up forever alone like Jean!!"

I looked up to see (Y/N) walking over waving, but she was with someone.

I got busy today and had a lot to do, but here it is! The updates might not be coming as quick as you or me want but I'm trying. This chapter my be a bit shorter than the others but I hope you liked it!
