My birthday was today and was greeted by jack I was about to scream until he put a hand over my mouth "shhhh" he said
I nodded my head and he removed his hand from my mouth "what are you doing here?" I asked calmly "happy birthday" he said hugging me
"Thanks" I said with a smile "here is something I wish I could do more" jack said handling me a cupcake that looked like it was covered in blood
I took a bite out of it "how dose it taste?" Jack asked me "amazing" I said and I hugged him "thank you" I said "not a problem" he said
And we then walked downstairs I was stared at by everyone and was pushed by one of the staff "look out freak" the staff said "I'm no freak" i thought
"Don't darling we will see you tonight at 11:00pm" the voice said and it stopped and I got up and brushed my black sweats and my white hoodie off
"You OK?" Jack asked me "yes I'm fine" I said then mother Helen approached me "happy birthday sweety" she said "thank you mother Helen" I said hugging her
And then it was time to go outside me and jack went to the normal spot we usually go to and we sat there talking about what is going to happen tonight
"Jack sleep with me tonight?" I asked "yeah sure" he said and I thanked Him and when the Bell rang it was time for free time
I looked at the clock it read 10:00pm I pulled jack to my room "hey what's going on is everything alright?" He asked "yes they are coming soon" I said
He nodded his head and by the time we finished talking we herd a scream we rushed to were we herd it and saw a sickening sight
The staff that called me a freak was hung from the pipe by her intestines blood was dripping and the stench of blood filled the air
And a smile carved into the face "WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS SCREAMING!?" one of the workers yelled
"It was josie she killed her" one of the kids yelled "is this true?!" The lady yelled at me "no I didn't do it" I said
"Enough josie isn't capable of this now all of you to your rooms now" mother Helen yelled and they all walked away
"Call 911" mother Helen ordered "now josie go to your room and jack to go with her" mother Helen said "yes" jack said
Me and jack made it to my room and we closed it behind us and we got into the bed and fell asleep
Time jump 11:00pm
I woke up to a noise in the hallway I woke jack up and he got up I walked to the door and opend it and I saw there was nothing there
I then closed the door and turned and walked back over to my bed I then sat and before I layed down I herd a voice say "hello josie" a raspy voice said I looked over to were I herd it
"Hello?" I asked "hello honey" I herd a women say "who are you people?" I asked "then they stepped into the moonlight
The man introduced himself first "I'm Jeff your father" the man said "and I'm Jane I'm your mother" the women said
"Why are you here?" I asked "we are here to take you home" Jane said "why now?" I asked "because you are our daughter and we want you back" Jeff said
"We will answer all of your questions when we get to a safe place" Jane said "can jack come?" I asked "he knows us now and that we were here so yes he has to come with us" Jeff said
"Let's move" Jane said we made our way down the stairs and out the front door in the pouring rain and into the night
About 10 minutes of walking and we ended u at a ware house and we walked up to it Jane then pulled out a key and unlocked the chain and we walked in
"What is this place?" I asked "this is a safe house until we can get back to the house" Jeff said "now you two get some rest we have a journey tomorrow" Jane said
Me and jack walked over to the bed and got comfortable and closed our eyes and drifted off to sleep.
