Chapter 3.

-Melissa, we're are we going? -Noah asks unstable in the back of the car.

-We're going to pick up my brother. My dad told me to do that, so yeah. -I said. I'm trying to pay attention to the streets but I'm distracted. I can't stop thinking about something and I have no idea what is. It's like I'm thinking in nothing..it looks like nothing is something. Weird, hum?

-Are you okay, Mel? -Luke asks. Well, I think he just noticed that I can't concentrate.

-Yeah, I'm just with a little headache but I'm fine. -I said. I just told him one of my biggest lies list. "I'm fine". I mean, I'm not fine. I'm actually feeling kinda crazy right now. I'm distracted because I'm thinking in something that I don't even know what is.

-Do you want me to drive? Because, you look kinda pale now. -what the hell? No. Not at all. I can drive, what does he think I'm feeling? Ugh.

-Nah. I don't need you to drive. I can do it by myself. -damn..I'm rude but not this rude. What's going on with me today?

-You don't need to be rude, Mel..Luke was just trying to help. -Noah says in the back sit. Can you just all leave me alone?!

-Do you think I'm crazy? I told you, I don't need Luke or anyone else to fucking help me to drive my own car! -I didn't want to say this! No, what I'm saying? It's like I can't control my mouth..

-MELISSA, BE CAREFUL!! -Luke screams. When he said that I felt something inside me. I just felt myself again. I look around. The car is giving laps in a pretty crazy way. Luke is with his hands in the steering wheel trying to control the car. The three of us are screaming right now.

I pressed the "stop" of the car. The car finally stopped. Thanks god. What a nightmare. I look to Luke and Noah.

-Are you guys okay? -I ask. I'm worried.

-I'm fine. -Luke says.

-So am I. -Noah supports Luke.

-Sorry guys. I don't..I don't know what happened.. -I'm being extremely honest with them.

-It's okay. Everyone is okay. The car is okay. -Luke try to calm me down. -But you really should let me drive, you know.. -Luke smiles. Such a beautiful honest and calm smile.

-I AGREE! -Noah says in the background.

-Sure. So..Next step: My brother's school. -I said still kinda schoked with what happened. Me and Luke changed the sits.

It was not a long way til his school. He was already waiting me.

-Hey..guys. -he greets.

-Hey. -Noah and Luke answer.

-Hum..Mel? -he calls me.

-Yeah?

-Why are they on your car? -I laugh. He's such a cutie.

-Because...Ah Noah! Do you wanna come and see my and Luke's father rehearsing? -I ask him. I almost forgot!

-Are you kidding? I love you fathers band! It's amazing! -he said. I almost can see his eyes shining.

-Cool, let's go. How was your day Jay? -I wonder. I can be a lovely sister.

-Awful as always. -he grumbles.

-Aww..why bro? -I already know the answer haha.

-Because I'm always surrounded of fake people in school. They just want to be with me because of dad. -he grumbles again. Wow. How I understand this kid.

-Same. -Luke answers and I agree.

-Guys, all you need is pizza and everything is going to be okay. -Noah...he always has a answer. But is one of the most accurate things ever.

-Alright, we're in home. -I warn.

We all just get out of the car.

-Hey mom, hey dad. -I say jumping trying to catch my cat.

-Hey princess! -my dad says kissing my cheek. -Luke, Noah! Hi guys! -They started to talk and I was in the middle of them like: "Alright..can you stop?" haha. I just get away from the lads conversation and  went close to the door. I swear, I'm not lucky at all. The fucking door just hit me.

-Oh, sorry honey. -I looked to the person talking to me. 

-Hey..hi Fletcher, hi Michael, hi Thomas! - I just gave an Hi5 to every single one of them. Alright, the band arrived.

-You guys have crowd today. -I joke.

-I see..Hi son! -Fletcher says to Luke.

They started to rehearse. I'm not feeling that good. I feel empty. This is so weird.

-Hum..I'm going upstairs. -I tell them.

They asked something but I didn't hear at all. My beautiful bedroom looks dark today. Perfect to take a nap.

I'm trying to sleep so hard but I can't..I still don't understand what happened in the car. When I was talking to them, I didn't feel like myself.

-I'm going to come in. -someone says in the other side of the door. Please don't. I just want to be alone.

It was Luke. Even though I'm feeling this bad today, I don't mind to be with him. I actually just wanted a hug.

-Are you okay? -he sits by my side.

-No. No I'm not. I don't know what happened in the fucking car. -I sigh. -I'm sorry Luke. I didn't want to be rude to you or Noah. I can't even explain myself. -I feel something inside me that is making me want to cry. This is not possible. I never cry. When I cry, I'm alone. And it's really rare. No one ever saw me crying. Only my mom when I was born, obviously.

-It's okay Mel. I'm here. -he whispered. I smiled really hard right now.

-Luke? -I call him.

-Yeah?

-Hug me like you did today but stronger. I really need your hug. -I admit. I didn't look at him but I felt him smiling. He might have a bad boy look, but he's such a sweetheart.

I was hugging him really strongly and so was he. I felt like he wanted to make me feel better and the fact that I realized that, made me feel really good. He wrapped me around his arms. More and more closer to his chest. He smells really good. This is going to be the death of me. He kissed my head. I felt like he was feeling like he was holding a baby. I wonder if he sees me like that.

-You're safe with... -he was talking when Noah just came in.

-Guys, there is actually pizza downst.. -he looks at us suprised.

-No, no, no, no, no, NO. -I stand up. -Noah, don't make movies in your head please. -I beg. But I think that the one who's making movies is me but fine.

-You guys were about to have...-I send him a killing look.

-I dare you to end that sentense. -Luke and Noah started to laugh. -This is not funny! -I grumble.

-The way you said that.. it is. -they laugh harder.

-Fuck you, Noah. - I cross my arms.

-Aww, come here you're little weak white girl. -he laughs even more.

-I'm going downstairs. -mad. Melissa is mad.
