Gabi's POV

As I'm talking to CeCe about Liam Anthony, her brother walks in complaining to us about how this all he hears these days. "Shut up and man up Anthony... Jesus" I say. He should have known that I was gonna tell him that. Every time he does that I tell him the same thing every time. He never listens so why do I bother? The next day i go to school and every one was talking about me going over to Liam's house. How did they know I was there? I decide to check my twitter. I do some snooping around on twitter. I look at Liam's twitter and there it is. The tweet that says it all. The tweet says "Sitting here with a girl named Gabi watching the Hunger Games xx Tweets to come later" I whip out my phone and I text Liam.

"Liam, why did you post that tweet?"

"I wanted my fans to know what I was doing."

"But now everyone is giving me a hard time about coming over to your house. They will not leave me alone about it."

"Sorry. I was thinking, I think you should visit your father."

I didn't respond back after that text. "Maybe i should visit my parents for a weekend. Yes. I should spend a weekend with my parents" I told myself. On Friday i pack stuff for the weekend. I decide to leave a nit for CeCe and her family. The note says "Dear CeCe and family, i have chosen to see my father for the weekend. CeCe has my number if you need anything and I have CeCe's number if i need anything. -Gabi" I stick the note on their front door so they will see it. I get on to a bus and I start riding to my parents' house. When i arrive to their house I see case after case of empty beer. I enter the house. My dad spots me. I can tell he is very intoxicated "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" He screams. I am too scared to respond. Before I know it I feel a hard slap across my face. I go to the basement guest room. I guess CeCe and her family go the note because CeCe had texted me. "Gabi you don't have to visit your parents I care about you." I start balling my eyes out.

As I'm crying Liam texts me. "Gabi. CeCe told me what you are doing. You don't have to do this. I will find you if I have to. Please don't make me find you."

"I'm sorry but I have to do this..." I text back. I walk back upstairs and I attempt to talk to my father.

"Dad. Can we talk?"

"What do ya want Gabi. Can't ya see I'm busy?"

"You ain't busy! All you are doing is drinking beer!" I scream.

"DON'T USE THAT DAMN TONE WITH ME YOUNG LADY!!" He says as he slaps me yet again. What have I gotten myself into? I ask myself. After 3 hours I decide to text Liam.

"Liam. I can't take it anymore. Please come and get me out of this hell hole. This is the address: 1739 Montgomery Ave. Thank You." After a few minutes I get a text saying "I'm here." I go upstairs thinking I'm in the clear. But I'm not. My dad notices me.

"Where do you think you are doing young lady?" He says with an attitude

"Ummm I'm going out tonight." I say while stuttering.

Before I know it he slaps me yet again. Then he says "You are not going anywhere young lady."

I text Liam while in tears from the pain.

"Liammm :'("

"Whats wrong?!?!?"

"My dad wont let me leave and he keeps abusing me"

"I'm coming in..."

"No. No Liam Please Don't!! You will get you ass beat!!"

"I don't care. As long as you are safe." I hear the door open and shut. Then i hear screaming. I can hear Liam's voice over my dad's voice.

"GABI! GABI!!" Liam screams. I run up the stairs to see Liam pinning my dad on the ground. "Hurry run out to the car!" I follow Liam's command. About 30 seconds later Liam comes running out with mu dad hot on this tail. Liam jumps in his car and speeds off. After we know we are far away from my parents' house Liam calls the cops. Liam gives them my father's address. A few minutes went by so me and Liam decided to see if my father was in custody. Sure enough he was. "Your father will be charged with Child Abuse and Resisting Arrest." The chubby cop said. I rush of relief fled through my body. Liam could tell that I was releived. Liam notices the slap marks on my face and the fresh cuts on my wrists. First he kisses the slap marks. Then he kisses my wrists. I like it when he does that because it tells ne he cares. The only person who does besides CeCe and her family.
