I swear, my mom has the worst timing. Hes like half an inch from my face, and my phone vibrates. I ment to turn that off! He hears it and sits back up. Shit. Of course, its mom asking me if i can stay at Destiny's because she has to work. Im so pissed, I just say sure and turn my phone off. I look back at him, but he just takes my hand again and watches the movie. So close. After the movie is over, Eragon walks back over to Kyle, who i didnt notice and starts talking to him. As soon as we are out of the theater, Destiny is freaking out.

"Why did your phone have to ring?" she askes me "You two would be so cute together"

"It was my mom, she wants me to stay the night" I reply sulkily

"Of course you can"

"Good"

Since it wasnt a school night, Dess and i stay up untill 4 the next morning.

"Are you going to the dance next week, Arya?" thats all shes been talking about for the past four hours. She got the alert on facebook. I got one too, but i wasn't shure if i should go. "Maby, it depends" i say. Probably not i think

"You should go with Eragon, can you see the look on Izlandis face when you show up with him?"

"She would freak out! But I still dont know"

"Im going, its probably going to be so much fun! I will get my dad to give you a ride"

"Ok" i reply uncertainly "But we need to go dress shopping"

"Of course! Lets go tommorow,"

"OK what time? How about noon, I don't have to be home til ten."

"K, We'll ask in the morning."

"Goodnight"

Her dad has no problem taking us dress shopping, and mom said she would meet us there. We meet mom there, and went to pick out our dresses. I picked out a neon blue strapless, similar to Destinys, but hers was green.

"Shoe time!" I yell. By the way, i love shoes

"Heels or flats?" Dess askes me once we reach the shoe isle

"Heels of course! Im thinking maby in silver... What do you think?" Pulling a pair of glitering silver heels from the shelf.

"Perfect! What do you think of these for me?" She askes, displaying a pair of acid green six inch wedges. They matched perfectly.

"Great!" i say "Dang it, we found everything so fast, now we have to try them on

It took awhile to find all the right sizes, but it was fun.

"Now you have to go!" She squeaks once we walk out of the mall.

"Ya i guess"

"If you dont show up, im going to drag you there"

I end up staying at Destinys for the weekend and her dad drops us off at school on Monday. Once again i run into laci. This time I do slap her, but not hard. She just laughs. "Eragons looking for you" she says to me in a singsong voice which she knows i hate

"Where is he?" I dont see him at the basketball courts

"Hes at breakfast, cause he knows you to always go on mondays with alyssa"

"Ok thanks Laci" My annoyance dissapearing on the spot

He’s right i do always go to breakfast on mondays to hang out with alyssa
