Laura's POV

So that's it. Im opening for Austin Mahone in a few days. And Im not sure what to perform. I am quite picky but I will ask Cam for help. Pardon Raini.

Cam and I are not in the best terms right now. We had an argument about some stupid things and he moved out for a bit to Nashs' house.

He always apolagized first so today I had made it my mission to go and knock and ask him to move back but...forgot.

Don't judge. This is what happened.

Flashback 13 hrs ago 8:30am

I had woken up half and hour ago. Took a shower and had breakfast. I was watching tv. I planned to go and say sorry at 9:00 but then got delayed when Allison Kaplan (my music producer) called telling me there was an emergency at the studio.

I got there as fast as I could. Some of my music lyrics were burnt. Oh no.

Nobody knew how it had happened. We were lucky enough that Alli had spare copies at home. I stayed there for another hour to stay and copy them up onto new music sheets and putting them in a locked cabinet.

Then I planned to go and talk to Cameron. But my clothes smelt of smoke and I went home to get changed. Not planning on seeing Vanessa at my my fron door.

"Hi Nessa whats up?"
"Not much..."
"Come on spill" I said as I invited her in.
Vanessa started telling me about her ans Rikers problems on not knowing how to share their daughter when she is all well.

"Is it not too early to discuss this?" I asked

"That's what I said. But he assumes I said it because I want to take her back to Canada until she is grown up." She rants

"And do you want to?" I asked. I was trying to help her and try and usher her out the door so another thing dosent get in the way of apolagizing to Cam.

"Well..."

"Right. You think about that while I go and get changed."

When I had came back Nessa was gone. She had left a note on the table-

Okay. That was quick. But in my favour.
I got my car keys and started driving to Nashs' house.

My phone started ringing as I was waiting at the traffic lights.
Mr.Hombes
My Literature teacher.
I took a quick stop to answer the call.

Turns out he wants me to come for a talk. Now. The time was 12:30 when I arrived so I planned to get out of there in 10mins.
However I was wrong.

He started ranting how I was distracted,not putting my gand up, not meeting the deadlines and if it was because of my music buissness.

I finally got out if there at 1:01pm. Then Riker called. I declined. I was not in the mood for anymore interaptions about his and Nessas' fights.

After I declined his call. Rydel called. Again I declined. I felt super bad but my first priority was Cam.
Ross,Courtney,Ellington,Rocky and Rydel called again. Ugh. I gave up. I was about to call Rydel back when Stormie's name appeared on the screen.

"Laura Marie does the whole Lynch family have to call you so you can answer?" Rydel ranted down the phone.

"Rydel I cant bec-"

"Laura please its really important."

I knew it was a lie. She can be cheecky when she wanted to. And I fell for it.
