A vampire touch (Criss Angel fan-faction.) 8

A few month's have past and Mist and Chris has started a little relationship and she is starting to get used to the spotlight. As the days go by shes starting to think that Chris might be her soulmate. Skylar is okay with the thought of them being soulmates, but he want's her to be sure and not to get hurt.

Mist was in her room getting ready for her date with Chris when Skylar knocked on the door.

"Come in." Mist said with her back to the door.

Skylar walked into the room and saw her sitting at her desk putting makeup on. "Um, Mist I know you think his your soulmate, but the thing is are you going to tell him you are a vampire or let him find out?"

Mist had just finished putting on her makeup when he said that. So she turned around and gave the question some thought before answering him.

"I would have to, or he would be sitting there getting old and I would be sitting there still looking the way I am now. And if he doesn't want to be part of my life after I tell him then I'am okay with it."

"That's the part I wouldn't be okay with, Mist. You being hurt by something, or someone that you loved for a little while. But I will stand by you." Mist smiled at him and he turned to walk out of the room but before he did he had to ask Mist something first. "Will you be able to do it?"

"Do what?" Mist questioned.

"Will you be able to turn him into a vampire. That is if he want's to be."

She gave it some thought. "I will cross that bridge when it comes."

Then Skylar walked out of the room. It made Mist think about Chris and her relationship. The more she thought the more she thought that they are meant to be together. So she went on with getting ready for the date. When she was done she walked out of the room in a simple, but punk dress. Then there was a knock at the front door. Skylar opened the door and let Chris in.

Chris walked in and waited for Mist. Mist had just appered from her room when Chris walked into the the house. She went hugged him and gave him a peck on the lip's. She waved bye to Skylar and headed out with Chris.

He took her to a nice resturant and then they were seated at a table. Chris had plained on them going to the mall or something after. They ordered and started to talk about little thing's. Then the food came they ate, paid the check and went to leave. Skylar went to go get the car and Mist stayed at the front of the resturant. Mist was standing there trying to think of how to tell Chris when Beth walked up to Mist with her boyfriend. She told him to go inside and try and get a table.

"So where's your date?"

"He is getting the car." She said plainly trying to keep from starting a fight.

"Oh, and who might he be?"

"A co-worker and we have been dating for a few month's if you must know."

"Oh, I thought the rules said you couldn't date co-worker's?"

"He isn't in a work place." Mist was doing anything she could to not look at her or start a fight.

"It's been a while and he still isn't here. You sure he didn't just leave you here?"

"Oh, look there he is.'' Not soon after she said that he showed up. He got out of his car and walked up to Mist.

"You ready to go?" He asked while putting his arm around her.

"Yeah, I'm ready to go." She turned around to go to the car with Beth said something.

"So what are you going to do now go to a hotel and do what you all way's do with your date's."

Chris turned around and looked at Beth. "I don't know what game your playing with my girlfriend, but you better quit. Before your friend's start to talk to you like that." He then turned around and went walked Mist to the car. They got in drove off and went to the mall.

They got to the mall walked around a little and did some window shopping before they left. He drove back to his place.

"What are we doing at your place?''

"I thought that we would hang out a little longer before I took you back to your place."

They got out of the car and walked into his house. He opened the door and let Mist walk in first. She sat down on the couch and then he sat beside her. She thought to herself that this would be the best time to tell him.

"Chris what do you think of vampires and stuff like that?"

"Um, I think that they make good movies and book's"

"Well what if I told you that vampires were real and that you were talking to one right now."

He took a moment to think on it before her answered. "I would think that I would still love you no matter what."

"Well then I think I need to show you." It got real quite then she walked to the kitchen and grabbed a knife. His eyes opened wide and went to get up when she cut her wrist. He was about to say something when it healed all on it's own.

"What was that?"

"I told you I was a vampire. So do you belive me that vampires are real now?"

"I... Is your brother a vampire or just you?"

"No. We both are."

"Well I still meant what I said. I still love you for who you are not what you are." Mist walked up to him and hugged him tightly.
