Chapter 2

                                                                    Vanessa's POV
I woke up the next morning to the sound of my alarm. I quickly shut it off and checked my phone for messages. I had 11 missed calls from Liam. I started feeling anxious, I looked back down at my phone to see that I had 7 messages.
"Why aren't you home?"
"Where are you?"
"Don't think you can play these games with me Vanessa"
"I'm not going to leave you alone"
"Don't think I won't find you"
"You can't get away from me, so stop trying."
"When I find you, it's not gonna be a very good day for you"
If I don't reply I know he will come back to my house when I'm not here, so I had to tell him something. I sent him a text saying "Don't come back to my house, no ones going to be there for a while, me and my mom are staying with my aunt." I got a response a few seconds later saying "Why didn't you tell me this before? I don't like when you keep stuff from me Vanessa." I didn't know what to say, I couldn't get him mad. I got another text from Liam. "What's the address?"
I gave him a random address, I don't want him anywhere near my mom when I'm gone. My flight leaves at 12:00 and it was 10:30 now, I went to say bye to my mom. "Bye mom I'm going to miss you so much."
"Be careful, stay safe, and follow your dreams. And don't forget about me, call me once in a while." She told me. I didn't feel good about lying to my mom, I can sing but I never thought I was good enough to be a singer, or at least that's what Liam told me. I gave her a hug and kiss and I went out to my car to drive to the airport. I turned on some music and thought about how good my life was going to be. Liam free.
                                       
                                              Liam's POV
I'm getting really aggravated with Vanessa. She thinks she can just try to ignore me. Well  trust me, it's not going to work. I got in my car and followed my GPS to the address Vanessa gave me. I'm going to make her come back home with me so I can teach her the lesson she deserves, and it's not going to be fun for her. I got to the house and I didn't see Vanessa's car on the driveway. I still decided to go ring on the doorbell anyway, if it was her aunt I could find out where Vanessa was. A middle aged woman open the door. "Well hello handsome! How can I help you?" She said. "I'm looking for Vanessa Anderson." I told her. "Sorry love, no Vanessa here." She said. I turned around and walked down the stairs of her porch. I was so angry I could kill a person, I punched that lady's car window so hard, it shattered on my way out. I thought it would relieve my anger, but it didn't. I was still so mad she lied to me. Why would she lie to me? I'm not gonna stop until I find out what that bitch is hiding. I'm going back to Vanessa's house now because she's probably there with her mom, since she lied about everything. I got to Vanessa's house and knocked on the door, a few seconds later Vanessa's mom, Rose opened the door. "Hello Rose, you look lovely today." I said to her. "Oh Liam, you're too kind. How can I help you? Vanessa left a while ago, her flight was at 12:00." I was infuriated! She really thinks she can leave the country without telling me? Oh when I get my hands on her I will see her take her last breath.

                                        Rose's POV
"What Flight?" Liam asked as he looked me deep in the eyes, it was very intimidating. "Vanessa didn't tell you? She's going to Los Angeles for a while. Just until her singing career takes off."
I was confused, why wouldn't Vanessa tell her own boyfriend she's leaving? I had so much trust in Liam though, he's always been so good to Vanessa, he's done so much for the both of us. "Oh right! My bad I thought the flight was tomorrow! I didn't talk to her last night or today, I'm pretty sure her phones dead." Liam said. I thought that sounded a little strange but I didn't think anything of it. "Oh that's weird, she will call you for sure when she charges her phone" I told Liam. "Where is she staying." He said. "She's staying with her friend Sarah Davis." I said. "What's the address?"he asked "Why? You're not planning on going there are you?" I replied. "Actually...I wanted to go over there and surprise her." He said. "That's so sweet of you! Vanessa sure is lucky to have you Liam." I gave him Sarah Davis' address, I thought it was so nice of him to go all the way over there to surprise her. "But whatever you do, don't tell Vanessa I'm going there. I want to make this a surprise." Liam said. "My lips are sealed." I told him. "Have yourself a wonderful day Mrs. Anderson" he told me as started to walk away. What great person he is.
