Well, Westley and I are together and things are just falling into place for us.

I wonder what they were planning yesterday. I'm really excited for the surprise that Westley was planning yesterday, but also a bit nervous.

"Hey, Ari." Ivy said, busting into my room.

"Hi..." I said, giving her a "WTF" look.

"Don't look at me like that." she said.

"Yeah. You should know by now that we just walk in." Chad said.

"I could've been changing or something." I said, "Wow, you guys are rude."

"Spending time with Westley taught us to not take things too seriously." Noah said.

"Since, when are you guys taking pointers from Westley?" I asked.

"Since yesterday." Ivy said, "Anyway, he's waiting for you downstairs."

"Yup." Chad said, "You better get down there."

"I heard that he has plans for you." Noah said in a creepy voice.

"Wow, that was scary." I said.

"Go, don't want to stall too long." Ivy said.

"Good luck." Noah said.

"Damn, that thing is huge." Chad said.

I gave him a weird look, "Okay..."

I headed downstairs and Westley was waiting for me in the backyard.

"What is all of this?" I asked seeing that there was a table with roses and food and everything.

"I just thought that we could have a real date." he said, "Where we didn't have to sneak around or anything."

"You're so sweet." I said and kissed his cheek.

"And there was something that I wanted to give you." he said.

"What?" I asked.

"Let's just eat first." he said, "And, then I'll show you."

"Alright, then." I said.

We both sat down at the table and ate.

"I made it all myself." he said as I took a bite.

"Seriously?" I asked.

"Seriously." he said, smiling.

"This is amazing." I said.

When we finished eating, he lead me over to the gazebo.

He played some music and held out his hand.

"May I have this dance?" he asked.

"Yes you may." I said as he pulled me into his arms.

"I love you." he whispered.

"I love you too." I whispered back.

"And I do have something to give you." he said, "I just...I had something else in mind, but your parents just warmed up to me so I decided on something less intense."

"Westley..." I said, urging him to give it to me.

He smirked and reached into his pocket.

He pulled out a velvet box as my eyes widen.

"Don't freak out or anything. I'm not proposing...not yet anyway." he said.

"Okay, that won't stop me from freaking out though." I said.

He opened it and exposed a diamond ring, "It's more of a promise ring."

"What's the promise?" I asked.

"A promise to keep our bond strong." he said, "To love each other no matter what comes in our way. To keep on trying and fighting for us. So it's sort of like an engagement ring but, not quite."

I kissed his cheek, "Westley Gabriels, I made that promise the second we decided to be a couple."

"So, you'll wear it?" he asked.

"Of course." I said.

He slipped it onto my finger and held up his hand.

"And don't worry because I have one, too." he said.

"Thanks for not giving up on us." I said.

"I could never do that, Ariana." he said, "I love you too much."

He brushed his fingertips against my lips and then pulled me into a kiss.

The kiss was like the first kiss we both shared but this time, it was like a new beginning is going to start.
