"Isn't that kind of irresponsible? What about the Theo dude, doesn't he have something up with him?" Stiles and Lydia have been at this for hours. Lydia coming up with reasons why they shouldn't go anywhere, and Stiles simply discarding it, saying they deserve a vacation.

"Scott can deal with it, since Kira can't go." We had called the pair about an hour ago, asking if they'd want to go on the adventure and it turns out Kira is going to New York for the remaining summer so she can visit old friends and her grandparents. Scott said he would go but it'd be super awkward according to him, we don't know why he said this.

"Fine." She said it so quietly Stiles was almost positive he had imagined it.

"Hmm?" He had to ask to make sure. His suspicions were confirmed when she mumbled something about going. Stiles reacted with a big goofy grin. "Oh my god, yes! I promise you won't regret it, it'll be super fun, Lyds!"

She rolled her eyes at the boy, sighing as he almost jumps up and down in excitement. Lydia is excited, though she'd never admit it out loud. Weeks of just her and Stiles sounds quite intriguing to her. They both have a fair amount of money, Stiles earning money from his job at Starbucks(which according to him pays fantastic) and Lydia earning money from her various art projects and her occasional job at Hot Topic. Aside from that her dad sends her thousands of dollars every other month, he's always believed in buying her love like she's a little girl who only cares about the newest toys in stock.

"Lydia?" She shakes her head out of her trance and finds a wide-eyed Stiles, creases forming on his face, eyebrows furrowed in worry.

"Yeah. Sorry, I was thinking." Lydia rubs her eyes and stretches then returning to Stiles with an alert pair of emerald irises.

"Everything rolling smoothly up there? You were in pretty deep thought, I called your name like 6 times." Worry is still spread across his features but he's less alert now. She grabs his hand and intertwined their fingers, verifying she's okay.

"I'm fine, thank you. Now go call your boss and tell him you're going on vacation. I'll go gather some stuff from your room." And with that she gets up from the sofa and walks up the stairs to the boys' bedroom without waiting for a response.

The banshee enters the room and automatically gets overwhelmed by the smell of Stiles' cologne. She loves it, yes but sometimes he goes a little bit overboard with the amount. Walking to his closet, she finds a duffel bag that he uses for lacrosse that's red and black and has a Nike symbol on both sides.

Careful not to make a mess, she clears the contents out and places the bag on his bed. Lydia grabs his pillow and sets it aside and goes to the dresser. Grabbing his favorite clothes, throwing them in the bag until it's full of crumpled fabric. She then makes her way to the small bathroom, grabbing his blue tooth brush, hair brush, and some shampoo, conditioner, and body wash just in case. The small side pockets are now filled and she's pretty sure she's covered everything.

Stiles must still be talking to his boss so she walks to his dresser to make sure she got most of it. A drawing of a tree caught her attention and a smile broke through her bored features. This is one of her drawings of the Nemeton the one she completely forgot he had framed with a letter in the back of the wooden frame.

"Hey. He said it's fine." Stiles walks in with the smile that hasn't left his face. He them notices where she's standing and walks over grabbing the picture out of her hand. "You weren't supposed to see that." Stiles mumbles.

"It's okay. I find it cute that you kept it." She gives him a reassuring smile and takes the frame back from him turning it around in her hands. "I just wanna know what the letter is." She remarks with a quirked eyebrow and a playful smile a
across her lips.

"It's nothing, I'll read it to you someday." The freckled boy shrugs it off, taking it back and setting it in its usual spot.

"But I want to know now." Now pouting, Lydia knows she'll get the answer out of him.

"Later is better than never." He smirks at the her with his eyebrows raised now.

"Comonnn stiles pleaaaaase." She flashes his favorite smile and playfully tugs at his shirt.

"I kept it because it was from the day you kissed me." The whole sentence is mumbled and has no spaces whatsoever. Yet it was like she read his mind because she shook her head slowly.

"And what about the letter? What does it say?"

"Oh it's nothing." He makes a pfft noise and smiles at her. "But thank you for that day, I'll never forget it, Lyds."

"It was pretty damn amazing." Her eyes widen, realizing what she just said. "I'm going to go home and pack, okay? See you in a bit ill text you when I'm ready. Go get gas and everything. Bye." She nearly ran out of the door blushing, and leaving a blushing Stiles left in awe behind her. The thought made her smile and giggle once she got to her car, ready to go start and adventure with a dorky boy with a too cute smile.
