These are my predictions for who is going to win this Saturday at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn.
NXT Championship
Finn Balor vs. Kevin Owens
My Pick: Finn Balor
I think Finn is going to retain because it is Kevin's time to leave NXT and be on the main roster full time! He has a busy weekend, fighting Cesaro the next day.
NXT Women's Championship
Sasha Banks vs. Bayley
My Pick: Bayley
Same here with Kevin. I think it is time for Sasha to be on the roster fully, and she can't have a title holding her back. Not that the NXT one was, it gave her an incredible amount of credibility, but she needs to stay up on the main roster.
NXT Tag Team Championships
Blake & Murphy vs. The Vaudevillians
My Pick: The Vaudevillians
I believe that The Vaudevillians are going to be ready this Sunday with a strong equalizer to take care of Alexa Bliss. I hope it is a new diva!
Jushin "Thunder" Liger vs. Tyler Breeze
My Pick: Jushin Liger
I haven't seen him wrestle since the old days (lol), but he was really good and I bet he is still just as good. Plus, who loses on a their debut?
Samoa Joe vs. Baron Corbin
My Pick: I don't know!
I love both of these guys, no matter how annoyed I have been with Baron's matches these past few weeks. I'm not sure who is gonna win, but I know it is gonna be a great match!
Bull Dempsey vs. Elias Samson
My Pick: Bull Dempsey
He is fresh off this losing weight and gaining muscle promo, so I believe is going to win.
Apollo Crews vs. Tye Dillinger
My Pick: Apollo Crews
Just as I said about Jushin, who loses on their debut, and especially one who has been promoted as much as this guy?
Eva Marie vs. Carmella
My Pick: Eva Marie
As much as I'd LOVE to see Carmella win this match, I just think WWE wants to get Eva up on the main roster as soon as she can, and that means by winning and getting the title.
Enzo & Cass and The Hype Bros vs. Chad Gable, Jason Jordan, Dash Wilder, and Scott Dawson
My Pick: Enzo & Cass and The Hype Bros
The have the momentum going into Takeover with the win from this Wednesday. I think they can win it.
Charlotte vs. Becky Lynch vs. Emma vs. Dana Brooke
My Pick: Charlotte
Go read my rant on Charlotte if you want a reason. I would love Emma to win this though.
