{Narrator's POV}
Chester and Grace continued to go on dates, a few weeks in Chester took Grace to a park where he'd set up a romantic picnic for them. They watched the sun set and the stars come out. Chester knew it was the perfect time to pop the question; he had no clue what the answer would be since Grace isn't really into commitment. However, as nervous as he was he went for it...
"Hey Grace, ya'know I've had a really good time with you these past few weeks..." Chester started looking Grace square in the eyes, "and umm, I don't really want the fun to end, well not anytime soon that is. So I was wondering if you'd... umm... you know, officially be my girlfriend?" Chester asked starting to sweat, his cheeks burning and getting even more nervous.
It was completely silent for a moment or two, Grace and Chester just staring into each others eyes. Until finally Grace built up the courage and planted a soft but longing kiss on Chester's lips then pulling back smirking, "Does that answer your question?" Grace giggles slightly embarrassed.
"Well not really, but is that a yes by any chance?" Chester sort of looks concerned but can't help but smile.
"Of course it's a yes Chester; I'd love to be your girlfriend. But only if you'll be my boyfriend?" Grace says.
"That would be great." Chester laughs, cupping Grace's cheek pulling her in for another kiss, which lasted longer than the first and both of them contributing this time.
