Chapter 2 - Grester part 2

Date?... Night

{Grace's POV}

It's 6:30 and although I've been trying to get ready for over an hour already I'm still struggling to decide what to wear.

I decide to text my best friend Hannah she'll help me, since Mamrie's in a different time zone so I wouldn't want to wake her.

GH: Hey Han, I need your help. Which dress should I wear tonight, it's sort of a big deal and I wanna look my best?

I sent her a mirror selfies of me in this navy blue dress that came just below the knee and in a pair of black heels.

GH: That's option 1

I then sent her a picture of me in this short red dress which came just above the knee, it was tight and so my body shape was shown. I wore with it black boots and a statement necklace.

GH: That's option 2

HH: Both look beautiful but number 2. Why is tonight a big deal? Someone on a hot date ;) haha

GH: Thanks gurl. And kinda, me and Chester are going out for dinner tonight 

HH: Oh okay, have fun x

Hannah's great she really is a sweet friend. I'm surprised really, usually she'd ask for all the details but she must be busy and finally not wanting to grill me on my private life, which is good.

I gathered all my things and checked one last time in the mirror to see if I really looked presentable, which I did.

There was a knock at my door; I opened it to see a nervous Chester holding a bunch of gorgeous flowers. He's wearing a black suit with a black tie, he looks really handsome.

"Wow, Grace. You look absolutely stunning. Just wow." He tells me smiling.

I'm blushing at this point, "Thanks Chester. Quite the stunner yourself." I giggle.

He hands me the flowers and I just take them to my kitchen and put them in my sink.

"Shall we?" Chester asks holding out his arm for me to take.

I grab my purse and we head out to his car, he opens the door for me, being a proper gentleman. I thank him and climb in.

We drive for a good 20 minutes making small talk and giggling a lot. We arrive at this beautiful sushi restaurant.

How did he know? This is my favorite, I love sushi.

As soon as we sat my eyes scanned the menu and I knew exactly what I was going to get.

Chester had a great time, laughing all night. He's such a great guy, and so good looking. I wouldn't mind continuing going on dates with him, I mean this is a date... right?

"So umm, Grace I've had an amazing time tonight and I wanted to know if you like wanna go out on more dates as like... ya'know a couple??" Chester asks nervously while trying not to make eye contact with me.

I accept his offer and we continued the date, I'm having a real good time with him, and he makes me really happy.
