The Date

(A/N before anyone gets confused or if they are confused, Aphmau is denying that she likes Garroth and she won't admit. Bc in the last chapter I said "we're just friends" at the end so I wanted to clear that up :)
Aphmau's P.O.V
Okay, okay. Garroth and I have your date today... No big deal... AH SCREW!! IT ITS A HUGE DEAL!!!!!
Alright, I know Garroth and I just met not to long ago, but I feel like there are some sparks whenever we touch. Is that normal? IT'S NOT WINTER! WHATS HAPPENING!?
Calm Aphmau. Calm.
Wait... Do I like... Garroth...?
QUIT ASKING QUESTIONS TO YOURSELF LIKE YOUR SOME WEIRDO. even though you are...
OKAY MIND! SHUT UP!
I went downstairs and I see Donna leaning on the wall, waiting for me.
"Good Morning lover girl!"
"Donna!"
Donna chuckled and crossed her arms then smirked.
"Admit it. You like him!"
"We're just friends!"
"Yeah! 'Friends' go on dates, huh?"
I could feel my face was getting a bit warm and I turned a light red and blushed.
"Ha! You're blushing!"
"Fine. You caught-"
Donna cut me off with her squeal and started to scream around the room in excitement and I turned a darker shade of red.
When she was calm I was starring at her as if she had just eaten a whole pizza in one bite.
"Donna... you're crazy."
"We're a great match of friends!"
"Heh, I guess so."
"Anyway, let's get you ready for your date!"
Donna ran towards me and pushed up the stairs. When we got to the top of the staircase I sat down holding onto Donna's leg as if I were a five year old who had to get their shot. I wouldn't let go.
"Now look who's crazy!"
"Shut it!"
She laughed and the pulled me up.
"Hey, it's going to be okay." Placing her hand on my shoulder, she continued to speak.
"Just think of it like your going somewhere with your friends, but only with your crush."
"Yeah, but that's not the- "
"Oh! And be yourself. If he doesn't like you for you, then screw him. You still got me and many others in the village!"
"Thanks Donna. You're the best! Now let's... get me ready..."
She smiled and began to plan my hair.
Garroth's P.O.V
Today, Aphmau and I have our date! I'm a nervous wreck right now. My hair is all messed up, I'm all sweaty, ugh. Better clean up.
I took my shower, brushed my teeth, hair and got dressed.
While I was getting my shirt on, I heard a knock at the door.
It was Dale.
"Dale? What are you doing here?"
"Well duh! I'm here to help you get ready for your date with Aphmau! What else would I be doing?"
"Uh, i don't know. Maybe patrolling the area?"
"Brian is doing that for me while I'm here."
"Oh."
"So, do you like Aphmau?"
"No! We're just friends!"
"Uh huh. I suppose 'friends' go on dates then, yes?"
"Well...um-"
"You like her. Admit it!"
"No!"
Dale just stood there smirking at me with his arms folded.
"...why are you looking at me like that?"
"YOu just admitted! HAHA!"
Garroth you idiot...
"Fine. You caught me."
"What's my reward?"
"Nothing."
"Ah poop. Well anyway, let me help you. You look like you need it by now."
"Shut up."
'Chuckling Dale' and I walked upstairs to get me prepared.
@ 6:50 PM
"You're ready!"
"Thanks Dale... This means a lot."
"Don't mention it. Now! Go pick up Aphmau! She's waiting!"
"Heh, okay."
I walked out and towards Aphmau's house.
3rd person P.O.V
As Garroth was walking to Aphmau's house, Donna was fixing the last curl on her hair.
Garroth then reached her home and knocked on the door and Donna answered it.
"Donna? Where's Aphmau?"
When he had just finished his question, Aphmau walked down the stairs. Wearing a lavender sundress with flowers on the  bottom, silver flats with her dark brown hair curled and her bangs twisted and bobby pinned to the side of her hair.
Garroth couldn't believe the beauty that was standing in front of him. She was gorgeous.
Aphmau's P.O.V
As I was getting my shoes on, I a knock at the door and Donna answered.
"Donna? Where's Aphmau?" And I walked downstairs and see Garroth.
He was wearing a denim jacket with a plain white shirt and some black pants and white converse. His hair messy but cute and his icy blue eyes that anyone can just fall deeply in love with... Aphmau. Stop.
I've never been more in love... APHMAU!
I smiled and before I knew it we were both starring into each others eyes and couldn't look away.
"You look amazing!" Complimenting me and I smiled.
"Same to you!"
"Shall we go?" Garroth reached his hand out and I gladly accepted.
"Of course."
And we walked outside of the village but not too far.
"Where are you taking me Garroth?" I said giggling.
"It's a surprise!"
He put his hands over my eyes and I playfully fought.
"Garroth! What are you doing?" I squirmed and he finally stopped walking and uncovered my eyes.
"Surprise!" He said smiling.
"Garroth..."
"Where we first actually talked to eachother. Do you like it..?"
He had took me to the hill where we had kissed. Fairy lights were hung up, the ocean waves were splashing. It was so peaceful and I saw Garroth get out a picnic basket that was hidden behind a tree.
"Garroth... I love it! This is amazing!"
"Heh, glad you like it."
Garroth had brought pasta, mashed potatoes, corn, conchas,(Mexican sweet bread)and EMPANADS!(Mexican sweet bread)
As we ate Garroth said...
"You look beautiful in the moonlight. The way your eyes sparkle with life. Your smile can light up the world... It can brighten anyone's day..."
I began to turn a light pink and smiled.
"Thank you..."
I played the trick on him for his jacket. Totally worked!
"It's getting a bit chilly..."
"Oh, here take my jacket!"
"Oh, no! You don't have to-"
"No, it's fine. Here." And he put his jacket around me. It was so warm and big on me. I loved it.
"Better?"
"Yes, thank you."
We sat up agains a tree and I placed my head on his shoulder. He placed his on my head.
"Hey, there's been something I've been meaning to ask you..."
"Yes?"
"Will you...um... be my... Girlfriend..?"
In my mind, I was screaming with excitement because I got to be with an amazing guy who actually liked me for me. But on the outside I didn't want to scare him so I kept calm.
"Yes..."
(A/N THANK YOU FOR 1.1k READS OML! I thought I was only going to get like 1 vs I'm a loner and have no life XD BUT I GUESS NOT. But yall I think hate me bc of the cliffhanger XD but tomorrow I will have my updating schedule :) Love youz <3 bai
