Ch 19: The Jabberwocky Part 2

Sara Beth pov -

Once the robot head came througouu7tth the cave we were looking for a way out.

" I think I found a way outta here!" Bell said.

we went over to her, she found a hole on the top of the cave.

"unless one of you can fly this is not helpful." I said to her.

" um... guys if this will solve problem but I found a tunnel that leads to where we want go." Jackie said.

Bell and I followed her through the tunnel. And when we got to the end of the tunnel we were greeted by something or someone.

"You don't have a reason to be here. Leave. Before I'll get forceful... What did I say!? You're no better than the scum I've fought during my war. That's it. I'll MAKE you leave, if it'll protect the queen..." The jabberwocky said.

"Shit! Run!" We all said.

We sprinted out of his reach.

"psst" A strange voice said.

" What the hell was that?" Bell said

"Hurry come over here of you want to live!" The voice said.

We went in the bushes and the jabberwocky walked right past us.

"Thank you for saving us." Jackie said.

Bell pov -

"You can thank me when I get your friend back." He said.

"Wait what! They both are... what I thought Sara Beth was right behind us." Jackie said.

"The jabberwocky took her." The strange boy said.

"Wait even if the jabberwocky did take her how do you expect to get her back the queen will kill us or the jabberwocky will." I said.

"That's where I become helpful, well if you trust me." The boy said.

"We don't we've know you how the hell are we supposed to trust you." I asked him.

" you have a point but I did just save your ass..." The boy said.

"My name is Victor and I was the queens but then she wanted me to kill bell but I refused because I didn't think you did any real crimes do she charged me with treason. She told the Jabberwocky to cut off my head but I ran in the woods and hid here. I've lived in the woods ever since." Victor said.

"Thank you for not killing me." I told him.

"We leave in five minutes get what you need now." Victor said.

"Wait leave where are we going?" Jackie asked .

"Do you want your freind back or not?" Victor asked.

" And how do you expect to get her back a we both are wanted dead how are we gonna get into her castle and stay alive?" I asked.

Jackie pov -

" You!" Victor said pointing at me.

"Me? What about me?" I ask.

"Are you wanted dead?" He asked.

"No." I replied

"Then you're how were going to get us the castle." Bell said.

"How will that work . We will still need to be in the castle the jabberwocky will kill you both in a second." I said

"Okay this is the plan Jackie you will go in and distract the queen and we will find Sara Beth and when we do we will give a signal. You guys got it?" Victor said.

"Yup." Bell and I said.

"OK then go get you supplies it's a days journey to her castle meet back here in five minutes." Victor said.
