Elemental Academy

Chapter 4

****Harrison Point of View***

"I swear Headmistress, she has one of the most beautiful Auras i have ever seen, it was bright and she accepted everything so well, and i nearly cornered her in the bathroom" i winced at that running my hands through my hair as i collapsed on my leather couch.

"Well i appreciate your honesy Harrison, although i fear for the poor girl. I am very interested in this one Harrison, if she has an Aura as you say please keep me posted. Do you know anythig about her yet, how hard it will be to convince her, she needs to be trained." The elegant voice of my Headmistress for three years carried down the line, and it felt strange to hear her out of the Academy. I had been wary when on graduation Headmistress Alexi had called me and a few other students in at graduation. Scouting was an important profession in our world, and only those who could see Auras would be offered the occupation. Auras represented the magic within someone colours even hinted at the elements though it was not always reliable. As a scouter iw ould be paid to travel around the world searching for undiscovered Elementals.

"Well im meeting her soon, and will update you afterwards."

"Thankyou Harrison, i will talk to you soon." And with that she was disconnected. Flinging my phone on the couch i got up to get dressed. If i was honest with myself i had handled this all wrong, groaning outloud i thought of the absolute shambles i had made of yesterday. I had been meeting my sister at the mall yesterday when i had seen her. She was walking through the mall oblivious to the lustful and awed stares around her. She had long blonde her, that flowed down her back and golden skin. At first i could only see her back, a cream blouse and peach sheets, that even as boy i could see were fashionable, the shorts showing long legs. She ahd gracefully glided down and despite all the beauty the thing i was msot fascinated by was her aura. It was the brightest i had ever seen, it shined golden, with fires of pinks and purples, orange and reds, i had been mesmerised by it. I had then managed to follow her like a creep and corner her in a dark corrido. At that thought i groaned outloud i had been a complete bubmling doofus, and had it been me in he rposition i would have run away without looking back. instead she had stared at me clamly with those beautiful eyes, and had agreed to meet me again.

Grabbing some pants and tops, sliding on my sunglasses i loped outside and jumped into my car. Squinting at the adress on the used cafe menu i entered it into my GPS and enjoyed the sunshine as i drived. 

Getting lost in my thoughts, i atomatically followed the directions until i was pulle dup by a gate. A very veyr big gate. Beautifull crafter it blocked my entrance and view any further. Double checking the adress i exhaled and raised my eyebrows, before leaning otu and pressing the touchscreen on the wall closest to me. 

"Good Morning, who is calling for the Daniels residence?" A posh english voice spoke on the speaker phone, a bit stuneed i choked a bit before answereing. "Uh my names Harrison i here visiting Arabella..?" Hating the hesitance in my voice i straightened up prepared to fight for this girl if needed.

"Of course, please drive up sir, someone will meet you at the door." And with that the doors opened smoothly. I followed the driveways and passed beautiful pine trees as i drove hundreds of metres up a swirling passage. Eventuall i passed a beautiful orchards and tennis courts before stopping in a circular drive with a fountain in the centre. Snapping my mouth shut i got out of the car, how rich was this girl? i thought this was only in movies, i had never known anybody like this, the only comparison the Academy, which was even grander in it's magnifience, at leats shell feel at hom i thought as i grinned, striding up the steps, to the mansion. it was modern with glass and marble, very elegant. Feeling out of place i felt my spine lengthen and put on my poker face as a tiny spanish woman opened the dppr.  She was dressed in a black dress and white apron and i felt the urge to laugh at the surrealness of the situation. "If you would please follow me sir" leading me she led me trhough a stunning marble foyer with a huge diamond chandelier. Leading me to what she murmure dhte foyer, i entered a very light room with beautiful bouquets of flowers, cream carets and couches and elegant furniture. Sitting down the woman handed me some tea and offered me a selection of food in front of me. "If you would wait a moment sir i will recieve Miss Arabella." With a little nod in my direction she slipped out. I stared around in equal parts amusement, awe and determination.
