- - -Lilith's POV- - -

We were almost there. I'll be so happy if I get out of this. I'll go home, and hug my abusive and probably hung over father and enjoy life.

"Well, you made it this far," LJ said as we walked up to the carousel, my still favorite ride. In his hands were two things of importance to me.

      The key, and my sketchbook.

"Are we done yet? Its almost morning," Michael said, and Ashley took a picture of the sky. Michael sighed, looking at her "Are you still focused on getting those bullies their pictures, Ash?"

"S-sorry," she squeaked, putting the camera down. Michael rolled his eyes.

"You should feel great, no one has ever made it this far," the clown said, popping one of my  caramels into his mouth. I glared at him and he smiled. "If only you had this key.."

"What do you want? Seriously, what do you want from us? I'm getting sick of this, though that's probably slender sickness. I just want to go home," Michael said, raging and throwing his arms in the air.

"I want to keep this sketchbook," LJ started, and I wanted to say something but he continued, "And I think I'll keep the artist around for a little longer." I almost dropped my jaw. Don't do it. I looked at the other two with me, and Ashley's lip was out in a pout.

"You want to keep her around? I don't think I'll get along with her," I hear behind me, and I whip around to see Eyeless Jack supporting Jeff.

"Please tell me you're not going to try and kill us again," Michael stated. It was obvious he wanted to just go home. I sighed, turning my attention back to LJ.

"Why would you want to keep me around? Hell, keep the sketchbook, for all I care. I'm done," I say, keeping my face straight.

"No reason.." He said, popping another caramel in his mouth, and throwing the key to Michael. "but now the choice of all of you staying or just you is up to him." Michael's eyes widened, and Ashley stepped back. He looked at me pleadingly, and I kept my expression the same. He looked at Ashley, who was tearing up. He then turned to the black and white clown, and had a determined expression on his face.

     "I've made my decision."

I heard Ashley's breath hitch as she held it, and I just looked at the ground. "We're going without you, Lilith. I'm sorry." Laughing Jack cackled, and I could feel Jeff roll his eyes behind us.

"Ah well, you humans are so predictable sometimes, except little Picasso here," He said, standing up from the horse he was resting on and stepping down, waving my sketchbook in front of my face. "I'm a clown of my word, you're free to go."

"W-what? Michael!" Ashley exclaimed, and he gave me one last look before he headed over to the gate, dragging Ashley behind him. She kicked and screamed at him, but he didn't let go. After they left, I stood in front of the three murderers.

"That guy was a jerk," Eyeless Jack said nonchalantly. I nodded, not showing any emotion, but blinking. I felt strange.. numb. I trusted Michael with my life. He.. he threw it out so easily because he was too tired  to fight for me. I sighed.

"Here," Laughing Jack said, placing my sketchbook in my hands. "Just go, I have a feeling we'll be killing that boy soon. What was his name?" He asked me, looking at the gate that was left open since they left in a hurry. I looked at my sketchbook.

"Michael," I stated. He glances at me, and I stand up straight. "Here," I say, sticking out my sketch book. "I was planning on burning it after tonight anyway. Drawing is my only vent of emotion, so I have a feeling you'll like the dark drawings. Just keep it for something to remember me by."

"I have a feeling if it weren't for her those two would be dead already," I hear EJ mutter, and Jeff mumbles under his breath.

"Uh, are you, sure you don't want it?" Laughing Jack asked, looking confused. I looked up at him.

"Yeah, I'm sure. The book is full anyway. Enjoy the drawings, monochrome maniac," I say, starting to walk to the gate with my bag. I saw a grey on his cheeks before I turned towards the gate. Did he just.. blush in monochrome? I stepped outside the grounds, closing the gate softly behind me before heading home with a sigh.

"That girl is just strange," Jeff said, no longer leaning on EJ. The three of them stood there, staring at Lilith until she was out of sight.

"Says the guy who went crazy and murdered his family," EJ replies, and Jeff rolls his eyes. Laughing Jack joins them as they make their way back to the HQ in LJ's carnival, the big tent. They picked up BEN at the arcade, and the four of them walked together.

"Michael beat me a Pac-man," BEN admitted, glaring at nothing.

"Well, I'm sure you'll beat the score soon, the guy doesn't know a good person when he sees one," Laughing Jack stated, and BEN nodded.

"He talked about a Lilith girl, who doesn't show emotions, what was she like?" Jeff groaned, rolling his eyes.

"Don't get me started," Jeff said, as they reached the tent, entering to see Toby, Hoody, and Masky sitting at the table in the middle of the ring playing cards waiting for their boss.

"Oh hey LJ, how did it go?" Masky asks, not looking up from his cards.

"They won," Laughing Jack said, and Masky looked up, along with Hoody and Toby.

"No way. Did you tell the boss? He may want to recruit one," Masky said, placing a card down on the table.

"Haven't seen him, but yes I'll tell him," he stated, the sketchbook disappearing in a puff of smoke to one of LJ's many secret places.

"The red head probably, Masky. You saw how long she lasted against the static," Hoody shyly put in before placing a card on the table. Suddenly Jeff slammed his fist on the table.

"Dammit! I'm sick of hearing of that Lilith chick! Just shut up!" Hoody put his hands up in defense, and EJ appeared again, with an ice pack on his jaw.

"Alright, alright, Jeff. You have a point," Jack said, sitting down in the empty chair at the table. "If you want to talk about her, wait until Slenderman gets here."

"Whatever," Jeff said, crossing his arms and leaning against the stands. Splendorman walked in with Sally, who was in her usual outfit but now blood was running down her face as she walked in with her normal form. Dirt smudged on her gown and legs, with scratches here and there. She smiled.

"I think Ashley was nice," Sally said, smiling.

"At least its a different opinion, but really?" Jeff grumbled, looking away. Masky perked up, meaning that Slendy was finally here.

"They won, I still can't believe that," Laughing Jack said, holding the balloon sword he had made earlier with some person's gut.

"Yes, it is astonishing, I suppose," Slenderman spoke to all of them, walking out and standing near his brother, Splendorman. BEN moved and stood next to Jeff, and the two of them spoke of other things to keep their mind off of it.

"Are you going to recruit one of them, sir?" Masky asks, the card game forgotten. Toby sighed, putting his cards down.

"Perhaps. We'll leave the issue alone, for now. We have other things to attend to, as Zalgo is starting to gather his forces from their spread out places. We need to find out why and when an attack may happen," the boss says, making Jeff look up and stop his conversation with BEN.

"That sounds more like something I'd like to do," BEN said, standing up, with Jeff joining him.

"We'd better get started, then," Toby said, standing up.

AN: And that's the end! It was a rather short story, but I had a small bit of fun writing it. I don't know if I'll ever end up writing a sequel. What do you think? : D
