(A.N:The rest of this story will mainly be in Dan's POV)
Dan's POV
I get a call at 6am from Mark. Why would he be calling at this ungodly hour? I sit up and answer the phone. I instantly hear him crying.
"Mark, what's wrong and you okay?" I ask worried.
"It's Michaela she's gone." He sobbed. What does he mean by gone?
"Mark. Calm down I'll be over in a few minutes and you can tell me what happened okay?" I say getting up to get dressed and wake Phil up.
"Okay." He sniffs. I hang up and get dressed while waking Phil up and telling him what happened. After about 5 minutes we are out the door and on our way to their hotel room.
<time skip to hotel>
I knock on the door and a red, puffy eyed Mark answered the door. Phil sees Kat crying on the bed and goes to comfort her. He puts her in his lap and hugs her. I go and sit in a chair.
"Okay Mark what do you mean by she's gone?" I ask.
"About 4 years ago Michaela disappeared without a trace. No one could find her not ever the police. She didn't want anyone to find her and that's what happened. It was about a year later when she finally just popped up back home and acted like nothing happened. Now she's has done it again. But she left us a clue. Its a note that says 'Pay attention to a little birdie.' but I have no idea what it means. I need you to help me. She let you half way into her world and if you find her she'll let you all the way." Mark explains wiping his eyes.
I do like her she is amazing. But why would he let me of all people. I'm nothing special.
"Please bring my boo back Dan." I hear Kat say with a cracking voice.
"I'll try but we need to try and figure out what she means by a little birdie." I feel my phone vibrate.
"That's it ! Twitter ! She is telling us to pay attention to twitter." I realise.
"Mark does Michaela have a twitter?"
"Yeah it mikkimoo123." Mark tells me. I follow her. Now we just sit and wait.
