Nothing made sense. Nothing at all. First he said he stole me from my father then he said he bought me from him no actually Frank said that and now he's admitting to it. For all I know my dad has nothing to do with it and is worried sick. I needed to contact him quick. I had seen a phone on Joeys desk in his office.

I got up from the cold floor and tip toed to Joey's room and found him sleeping on his huge bed. I saw the key to his office on his dresser. I walked over slowly to grab them and he didn't wake up.

I then walked out and over to his office. I unlocked the door and closed it behind me and locked it from the inside. I spotted the phone and ran to it and dialed my dad's number as quick as possible.

"Joey how's she been?" My dad asked quietly.

I couldn't believe this. I wanted to collapse.

"She's fine." I hung up. I got scissors and cut the phones line just in case he wanted to call back.

I walked out of the office quietly and locked the door behind me when I felt hands on my hips. He caught me.

"What were you doing?" He asked.

"Calling my dad." I admitted as I turned around facing him.

"Are you dumb? He could trace that call and find us." He started to go on.

"I don't think he cares Joey." I cut him short as I walked to my room and fell on my bed.

He followed me and stayed at my door way leaning on it.

"No one cares for me. My family doesn't care for me nor my friends. And quite frankly I'm starting not to care about myself." I said slowly.

He looked at me. I felt his stare.

"Joey if you don't care for me the least you can do is let someone else care for me." I said.

"What?" He asked. He was probably day dreaming.

"Let me leave." I said rephrasing it.

"No can do." He laughed.

"Well I'm lonely." I cried.

"We could have sex whenever you want." He smiled.

"I want actual love Joey." I hissed.

"Love is like money. You have it you cherish it and once you find something you like you give it away into someone else's hands in return of the thing you like." He said.

Wow.

"Have you ever been in love?" I asked him.

"Nope." He laughed.

"Neither have I. Well I was in a 2 year relationship-"

"Save it Salice I don't care." He said while walking out of the room.

I got up and ran after him.

"Look ass if your going to treat me like this I want out." I said while pushing him from behind.

He laughed.

"How am I treating you?" He asked.

"Like I don't matter." I yelled.

"Cause you don't. You need every ones pity so you could get around. Well news flash it's not how it works around here. I'm not cared for by any one and I don't cry. No one loves me and I don't care. My parents sold me to the mafia when I was younger and look at me now more successful than ever. So if you think you need love and affection and a caring husband you're completely incorrect."

I just looked at the man. I hate you.
