"I can never love someone like you." I cried.
"Your already in love with me." He laughed.
"Ew, Never." I shouted.
"Get out of here pathetic bitch." He said while walking away and laughing.
"Excuse me?" I said barely being able to let those words out.
He turned around. "Why do you look so hurt? Like you've never been called those words? You know Damn well-" I cut him off.
"I have been called those, but not by a man." I took a deep breath and walked away.
I got to my room and slammed my door. I just laid out on my bed. Sad.
So much for trying to make a bad ass mafia man fall in love with me like all the other stories you read about. He was to hard to please.-
Following morning.
"Chhh!" I heard someone say from my door. Trying to get my attention.
It was Joey. Not my Prince that was supposed to save me.
"What Joey?" I asked while sitting up on my bed and rubbing my eyes.
"Get ready and meet me downstairs in 2 minutes!" He said.
"What? Why what for Jo-" he was already long gone.
I got up quickly and ran to my restroom. I washed my face and brushed my morning breathe away. And I put my hair up in a messy bun and changed into a gray pullover hoodie and put some blue jeans on. The white converse never slipped on my feet so easily and I had to jump around and dance just to get them on. I finally took one last look in the mirror. Pathetic bitch.
And ran down stairs. He was right there with a laptop on his knees. He stood up once he saw me and walked out the door and got into his car. I followed.
"You couldn't at least find a.. a dress?" He said while looking me up and down.
"You have me two minutes to get dressed Joey. What the Fuck did you expect?" I said in a low toned voice.
"Obviously I expected a fucking dress." He said while his tone of voice changed.
"My bad. Next time you give me two minutes to get ready like that I'll be sure to get a dress." I didn't even wanna argue.
"Thanks." He said.
He began to drive. I saw the beach. THE BEACH. I loved the beach. He parked to the side and went around to open my door.
"What are we doing here?" I asked.
I noticed he was just wearing gray sweats and a red hoodie that had the number 23 on it with the words "De Luca" above it. Lucky he gets to wear sweats.
"Your dad told me you loved the beach." He said while we walked into the sand.
"What does my dad know. He don't know shit." I whispered to myself. "Why'd you do this?"
"Cause sometimes a owner need to take his dogs for walks. You know keeping them captive is considered very illegal." He laughed. I kept a serious face.
"Oh yeah. Right." I said while looking at the beautiful water.
"How come you don't fight with me? Usually the girls I pick are pretty feisty and mean and love arguing with me." He said while placing his arm over my shoulder.
"What's there to argue about? Everything you say is true." I said while slowly looking at his face.
"I know."
