“Too much?” Zhou Jing curled her lips and snorted. She pulled her hand off the door handle and walked toward Lisa in her high heels. She leaned so she was at Lisa’s ear and whispered, “Are you talking to me right now as Li Yan or Lisa?

“You’re right. I made that phone call. I set Lin Yi up. So what? Xiaoyan and Jron Jungkook are married. What’s wrong with letting people know that Xiaoyan can rely on Jeon Jungkook?” Zhou Jing said.

Right, there was nothing wrong with that. They were married.

Lisa was unhappy that she was being used, but Zhou Jing’s explanation made that feeling disappear in a second.

She was just an outsider. She was only paid to be a body double. She was in no position to state her opinions.

Lisa narrowed her lips and didn’t say a word.

Zhou Jing curled her lips and smiled. She spoke even more harshly and coldly than before. “Miss Manoban, don’t forget the deal between us. I haven’t given you the last check yet. Keep in mind, the last check is worth half of the debt you owe. Besides, don’t forget who helped you with your debts all this time. Without me, they wouldn’t have agreed to let you pay back your debt monthly. To be honest with you, I wouldn’t have agreed to pay you monthly if I wasn’t worried about something possibly going wrong or matters like that. You’d better not be plotting something against us. If I could stop loan sharks from bothering your mother and brother, I can also point them towards you now. If you don’t want your mother and brother to be chased after every day, you’d better behave.”

After the long talk, Zhou Jing straightened her back. She pretended nothing had happened and gave Lisa a bright smile. “Oh, I forgot to tell you that Xiaoyan will switch with you on the twelfth. You need to get ready in the next two days.”

After their talk, Zhou Jing turned around walked to the door in her high heels. As she pulled the door open, she seemed to think of something else and turned around to give Lisa a big smile.

She didn’t close the door behind her. In about half a minute, Lisa heard Zhou Jing politely greet Jungkook with a “Master Jeon.”

Lisa heard footsteps coming towards her.

She was familiar with those footsteps. It had to be Jungkook.

She immediately looked down and took two long, deep breaths.

Before she calmed herself down, Jungkook had already made it to the door. “Are you ready?”

“Yes,” she responded to him with her head down. She took another long and deep breath before she looked up. She grabbed her purse and walked to him.

After they got into the car, he fastened  her seatbelt for her first before he started the car. As he turned the steering wheel, he asked, “Are we going home?”

“Yes.” She nodded.

He wasn’t against that idea. With his excellent driving skills, he drove them to the house.

Although it hadn’t been long, Jungkook's cell phone rang. The traffic was bad, so he drove fast at times and slowed down at others. He watched the road ahead of him and reached his hand down to search for his phone.

After feeling around, he still couldn’t find it. She helped him find his phone and passed it to him. She hadn’t intended to check it, but she saw it was a call from his secretary.

When he answered the phone, his fingertip accidentally touched the speakerphone key, and the secretary’s respectful voice blared out of the phone. “Master Jeon, when will you be back at the company? Everyone is still waiting for you at the meeting.”
