Call me obsessed but I spent over 7 hours straight playing this game. It is very addictive and like Mario Kart also ruins friendships.
It seems anything to do with Mario will ruin your friendships. At least Mario Party isn't as bad as Mario Kart. Instead of racing your going to be doing a lot of rolling the dice and screaming when Toad gets a higher number then you and gets the star.
I am actually very good at this game but I suck at most of the mini games other then the train one. I always have a least 1 more star then anyone else but due to my bad luck during mini games I always lose them when people duel me.
I personally like the first Mario Party the best. It was the most fun because of how there were lots of tracks, how you had to defeat to bosses to continue, and just childhood nostalgia.
Playing with friends can be very fun or terrifying depending on what type of people you play with. Never play with anyone competitive or else your going to be spending hours and hours playing this satanic game.
This game takes over you life and forces you to scream at Toad when he gets a higher score, save up your money so you can buy stars, duel people for their stars and money, and play terrifyingly hard mini games.
Both Mario games will ruin lives so I warn you to not play these games. While they are very fun and addictive they are also very competitive and life ruining.
I hate this game for how hard it's mini games are. Imagine this. You have 2 stars while everyone else have none. Toad lands on a duel square and decides to duel you and surprise surprise the duel is for your two stars. The game picks the hardest mini game and makes it so you lose so that Toad wins your two stars and becomes the superstar.
This has happened to me so many times I don't even want to play the game again. Toad is my mortal enemy so if you ever decide to waste your life by playing ether Mario Party or Mario Kart make sure to beat Toad for me.
