I shiver moved down my spine, it felt like someone was watching me, it may have just nerves cause lord knows I have an overflow of those, but something told me I wasn't alone. I stood up and look around, of course all I saw was mist and trees, I panned the foliage for something out of the ordinary, something that was maybe a different color or something that moved just a bit...nothing. A tear rolled down my cheek and rested on my chin. I'm gonna die here aren't I I thought, no. Stop it Lux, stay hopeful. That's when a piercing pain shot through my shoulder, I screamed and fell to my knees, grabbing my shoulder, blood ran into my palm, seeping through my shirt. What was that? I looked around, seeing nothing...I looked again and again. My eyes locked on to a green figure, on first glance it looked just like the surrounding greenery, on second glance it resembled more of the shape of a body.

"Who are you?!" I yelled, my voice cracking. The figure moved forward through the fog, nearing closer then stopping.

"The question should be who are you and why are you on my property." A deep feminine voice rang out from the trees.

"Wait, this is your property, I had no idea, I'm sorry, I was minding my own business then poof, here I am, trust me, its not like I even want to be here."

"I see." the voice replied. "So who are you?"

"Um, I'm Luxus, Luxus Elizabeth Danes, though I don't see how that changes anything." I murmured nervously, "so are you like, going to hurt me or anything? Couse I really like my life and I don't feel like loosing it."

She (I think its a she.) let out a low rumbling laugh, "of course not." I breathed out a sigh of relief, "unless you're lying to me."

"Jeeze, trust me a little, I'm only sixteen, what would I want with your property."

She stepped closer, her face coming in to light (what little of it there was down here), her face was beautiful and was without any blemishes, a thick, green, velvet cloak billowing around it and down to the ground, it was buttoned at the top so it covered her whole body(except her face of course). "Alright Luxus Elizabeth Danes, I am Andromeda Perth," she flipped the hood of her head revealing beautiful, glossy, black hair. "I will take you to my cottage, there you may stay 'til you know were you need to go."

I wondered if I was hearing right, "are you serious?"

"Yes." She whipped around, her cloak dancing around her ankles, "stop yapping and try to keep up."

I wiped my bloody hand on my pants and quickly ran closer to her, tailing from slight distance (I'm still a little skeptical of her.) "So Andromeda."

"Yes." She spoke, her voice rumbling low.

"I'm, like bleeding or something."

"Yes," she said like she heard that every day, "I shot you with an arrow."

"What!? Why'd you do that?"

"I thought you were a trespasser or a thief."

"Oh, great!" I rolled my eyes, "it hurt really bad."

"I would imagine so."

"Wow, you're pycho."

"What is a pycho?"

"Are you living in the nineteenth century? It means crazy."

"What is the nineteenth century?"

"Never mind." Wow. "So, where am I."

"The Valley of the Crystals."

"And what is that exactly?"
