On the out side it looks like naruko is asleep peacefully as the third hokage comes to see if the nine tailed fox is sealed and where is that seal or whom is the seal. The hokage sees Naruko's sleeping form and the seal though Naruko is in a peaceful state, such state is unnerving to the hokage
