Hospitalized (Michaelangelo)

I sit down in one of the empty seats in the waiting room while my brothers were with their girlfriends.

Charlie was with Donnie and his girlfriend while I was stuck waiting. I could go home, but I didn't want to leave without knowing these people are okay.

I lean forward and begin to think (something that doesn't usually happen often) wondering why this was happening. All of my brothers' girlfriends' are here in the hospital with injuries. Luckily, they are alive. But, what makes me curious is that they are here on the exact same day.

I laugh to myself. "What if (Y/n) walks through that door with injuries? That would be the highlight of my life." I joke, sitting back in the chair. I rub my forehead and close my eyes, tired of all this commotion. But before I could sleep, someone yells.

"HELP." I look up and see Chrissy, one of (Y/n)'s friends, yelling. I get curious and push myself out of the chair, walking towards her. "Chrissy?"

She turns and sees me, tears stains on her cheeks. "Chrissy. What's going on?"

"Mikey. Don't worry, (Y/n) is just fine." Nova says, popping out of nowhere.

"You are an idiot Nova. Do you think this is fine?" Henry walks in through the doors with (Y/n) in his arms. I go to him and lift her, so she was in my arms. I scan her body and see small cuts and bruises and I hiss when I see a gash on her forehead.

Setting her on a nearby gurney, a doctor rushes over and checks her.

"Miss. Are you okay?"

"I'm fine. I just want to be healed."

"Okay. Nick, check her for any broken bones or eternal bleeding."

The nurse, Nick, passes me and pushes my girlfriend away. "I'll be back to get you."

I nod and face the group.

"What happened?"

After Chrissy told me what happened, I almost punched the wall. That's until Nova stopped me. "What?!"

"Watch it there hot shot! I'm just trying to help."

"HELP!! NO. YOU TELL ME MY GIRLFRIEND IS ALRIGHT BUT I END UP SEEING HER LOOK FRAGILE. YOU LIE!!?" I scream in her face. She just stares at me blankly, like my words did not affected her.

"Sorry Mike. Didn't know you felt that way about me. I thought you adored me."

"ADORED YOU? Listen here Nova. I may have hugged you once but that means nothing. (Y/N) is my girlfriend. Stop trying to live your dream because it ain't gonna happen."

Nova nudges me as she shoves past me.

"I want you gone."

"Fine. I'll leave. Just remember that this ain't the last time you'll see me."

She walks away just as the doctor shows up. "Mike?"

"Yes." I cough.

"She wants to see you."

"Okay."

I enter the ICU and see (Y/n) playing with a cast. I laugh when I see her start complaining about it.

"What?" I chuckle when she looks at me.

"This isn't funny dorko. It itches.."

"Okay. Okayy." I walk up and sit down next to her. "Don't scratch. It'll make it worse." She stops.

"Mikey. I...."

"I love you." I say. (Y/n) stares.

"What?"

"I love you alot dudette."

"Really?" I nod.

(Y/n) hugs me.

"I love you too Dude." I hold her tighter.

"I'm going to find out who did this to you (Y/n)." I whisper. She nods and buries her head in the crook of my neck.

"Don't have to. I know who it is." (Y/n) and I look at the doorway to see one of my old friends. Or very close family member.

"Who?"

He smiles, "Doubles."

Not them again.
