Chapter 10

I'm hyped on this drug Kayla gave me, and it's really working.

"Go find violet!" I yelled to Scott and Kayla.

"Ok!" She said sprinting out of the room. Scott was less fortunate, running into Kate. Who grabbed him by his neck and threw him.

"Your not going anywhere" she said cockily.

"Why are you here Kate?" Scott asked "better question is how are you still alive?"

"You can thank Peter for that" she said taking little steps closer. "When he slashed my throat. It turned me into-"

"A werewolf"

"No!" She yelled "something more powerful" she leaned in close to Scott's face "a were-jaguar"

"What?!" I yelled letting my guar down. To get whacked by the huge giant.

"Brett!"

Scott's POV
Brett flew and landed next to the door unconscious.

"I gotta say" she said looking at her nails "your pack lasted longer than I expected"

I look over to see everyone Kira and Ethan were knocked out, but Ethan was coming to. Aidan was the only one struggling, he tried standing up but got hit in the back.

"It'd be a shame if one of them died" she said giving me a fake pout. "Which one should I kill?"

"Don't touch them!" I yelled. She whacked me sending me flying through a wall. Groaning I turn over and see violet, the sight was horrific. Claw marks all over her body, blood covering every inch.

"Looks like your beta is gone" she laughed "too bad"

"You bitch!" I yelled leaping towards her.

"Scott!" Allison yelled running into the room "we have to go!"

"No!" I have to kill her, she killed the last way we can find Liam.

"Scott! Derek and Ethan are seriously hurt!" She yelled "your gonna lose more pack members if you stay! Maybe even your own life!"

She's right, we'll find another way for Liam. But now we have to focus about staying alive for that.

"Grab Brett!" I yelled running for Kate. I just have to distract her to get the others out.

"Attacking head on huh?" She laughed. I threw a punch which she dodged and countered with a kick in the back. "I don't want to kill you" she purred, petting my head "just wanted to say hi"

I woke up in my bed, the funny thing was that there was one of those hospital things that beeps. "Finally your awake" Isaac groaned.

"Where's Brett?" I asked my voice raspy for being asleep.

"Me- your mom had to sedate him, he couldn't control himself" he said looking at me "I don't know how he feels, but I know it must hurt not being with your mate"

I smiled at him "I can't imagine not being with you"

"Me either" he whispered kissing my lips.

"Good your awake now I'm going- to ask why your kissing Isaac" my mom asked crossing her arms.

"We need to find Liam" I said ignoring her question.

"Derek left an hour ago, but he said to tell you to howl?" She said unhooking me from the machine.

"Why?"

Isaac grabbed my shoulders. "When wolves are separated from their pack, they howl to know where each other are"

"And you know this how?" Isaac wasn't really the smart one of the group.

"After Derek turned me I did research, I mean if I'm part something I want to know what it is" he shrugged.

"We don't even know if this works" I argued "it's a waste of time"

"Are there any other ideas? Because if there are I would love to hear them, Scott listen I know it's a long shot but" he stared at me with those big beautiful brown eyes "we don't have anything to lose"

"I don't even know what to do?"

"Just howl, how hard can that be?"

"Fine" I groaned walking outside.

"Just do it!" He shouted sitting on the hood of stiles jeep.

Here I go.

Liam's POV
One last try! Jumping up my claws caught onto a rock. Yes! Pulling up and grabbing onto another one I thought for sure I was gonna get out. That was until my foot slipped and I fell ten feet.

"Oof!" I landed hard on my back catching my breath I stood up... Or tried to, then falling back down.

"Ughhh!" I groaned hitting the side of the wall.

"Whoooooo!" (Ok idk if that's a howl but I'm typing fast so I don't have time to search it up) Scott?

"Scott!" I screamed! "Scott!" Then he howled again. Looking down and closing my eyes I took a deep breath and howled back.
